best pizza in the greater palm springs area! sean and his staff are amazing and so welcoming. the inside of the parlor is nicely decorated and inviting but the food is the star of the show! starting off, wasn’t gonna drink but then ended up being told they had new seltzers in from evan’s brewing co. yuzu lychee and mango nectarine were the perfect accompaniments to this meal. the caesar salad is delicious the dressing itself is creamy and tangy and super yummy covered in freshly shaved parmesan. the croutons are crispy!!! the pizza is the best pizza in the valley. quality and fresh ingredients — came in for the recommended pep & hot honey which was great but i preferred the ham, pineapple and peppers. cheesy, sweet, buttery with a kick. the focaccia bread crust was phenomenal and the crown around is so incredibly crisp. fluffy baked gold. princess diana would eat this pizza. now a girl loves a sweet treat and usually i have to search for a good treat nearby but not here. sean has you covered. we ordered the bread pudding and the special: honey nut cheerio panna cotta (words i’ve never thought id see in a sentence together). these two blew us out the water. a cucumber strawberry relish tossed in dill over a smooth panna cotta and a side jar of honey. try it before it’s gone! but my personal favorite was the bread pudding. the portion size itself was worth it. but it came in looking so heavenly — thick slice topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a blueberry compote so delicious i almost cried. i immediately joked i needed a word with the chef and he was right there ready to hear any notes or feedback which he needs none. i genuinely see this being the local spot only people with the best taste go to and brag to others about enjoying and i would love to keep it a secret but sean deserves so much success. you can truly taste the passion and love for food in every bite. do yourself a favor and try Black Cat.

We have gotten pizza here multiple times we love Detroit style also because we are from Michigan! I think we have tried most all the specialties Meat lovers, the hot honey, the sausage can’t go wrong also their ranch is AMAZING (Midwest = ranch on pizza) recently tried the garlic cheese bread and Brussels both delicious too

Best pizza in Palm Springs. We had the endive salad and the honey and pepperoni pizza, we were blown away. The staff was also a huge part of the dining experience, really sweet and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back and try more things. 11/10

Top tier Detroit style pizza, * brought my family and they all went crazy over it. We got the hot honey pepperoni and the Margarita pizza. Both were fire also save room for dessert the “pot du creme” is sensational. 5 stars all day!!!

The service was incredible. Michael was our server and he was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations and even shared local tips, which added a really nice personal touch to the meal.
We also met one of the owners, Sean, whose passion for food really stands out. Sean comes from a strong fine dining background, and that experience clearly shows in the attention to detail and quality of the food. It is no surprise everything we had was so well executed.
The food was excellent. The endive citrus salad was fresh, bright, and perfectly balanced with just the right mix of citrus and savoriness. For pizza, they kindly split one for us since we could not decide, half mushroom lovers and half sausage, olive, and onion. Both were outstanding.
This is Boston-style pizza, and if you have never had it before, you should absolutely try it. The crust-to-topping ratio is spot on, and every slice feels intentional and satisfying.
Highly recommend. Thoughtful food, great service, and a team that clearly cares about what they are doing.

The Black Cat is awesome! High quality ingredients and friendly, professional service. The Black Cat is in a league of there own. We are working our way through the menu. Best Caesar in the Valley! Detroit style pie is a welcome change from typical pizza. It’s so light and airy. I always want more. Great selection of wine and beer. Great music and lighting made me not want to leave. Save room for desert lots of love and comfort in the sweets too!

What a fabulous meal we shared at Black Cat Pizza last night! The service was exceptional. The salad was the best Caesar I’ve ever had and the margherita pizza was absolutely wonderful. Again, our server (wish we had made note of his name-handsome young man from Alberta) made the night as wonderful as it was.
