I brought my husband here for his Father’s Day dinner. Although we went on Saturday instead of Sunday. I made a reservation a few days before to ensure we would have a table. When we got there they checked us in and then walked us towards the bar area. I was confused because I made a reservation for dinner. The tables In the bar area do not have the tall privacy booths. There are t.v.s all over with sports and boxing on. There was food on the floor in front of our table. I was just not down to drop $200 on dinner and be seated in that type of area. I watched another couple come in with no reservation and they were brought back to the ACTUAL dining room. It just made zero sense to me why you would seat a reservation for 2 in that area without asking if it was ok. The positive is that when I decided I couldn’t accept it and said something to the hostess and others up front they immediately said “no problem” and moved us to the dining area. They promptly fixed it and seemingly without any judgement or attitude. This may seem a small issue but it was a special dinner for my husband and I planned to spend whatever on what he wanted for dinner. So I wanted the atmosphere to fit the dinner and price. Moving on, the waitress we had was great! Super efficient and understanding. She recommended a delicious drink for me. Promptly brought out drinks and appetizers. She didn’t leave us hanging at all. The food was all great. We have zero complaints about that. We both cleaned our plates and that never happens. We will definitely be back but I will make sure to put notes in my reservation about being seated in the actual dining room versus the bar area.

I like our keal, we had excellent customer service, and our choices were pretty. We had a wagon well as an appetizer, and it was great to try more house options. The prime rib had more fat than I expected, but the lobster was good.

We have been coming here for over 48 years to celebrate our anniversary since this is where we ate on our wedding day 48 years ago. It has changed a lot during that time. I love the rustic western theme and decor. Please don’t change it and lose that ambiance.

The server Jeniffer we had was amazing, very friendly and upbeat given the fact it was a short staff night and a few big tables to handle. The atmosphere was set as soon as you walked through the door. The greeter was, unfortunately, cold, not rude, just was done with her day. Lol. The place is outdated and seems to be emptier than your typical night at a stake house. Food was ill prept with the green been ends still attached, a few of the shrimp not butterflied open leaving the guts, and I order the garlic and butter topping ended up with a piece of garlic in a glob of butter. The steak was a little overcooked, but hey, I know it happens. I didn’t bug the waitress about it because it’s not her fault and I was ready eat and go. ( again on me). Yet this was our second time here, and the first experience was pretty close to the first.

This place was okay. The staff was amazing! They were all so friendly and inviting. The food on the other hand was just fine. My wife and I each got a steak. We thought they were cooked correctly initially, but they were underdone. There wasn’t much flavor as well. It was difficult to cut the steaks too since our knives were pretty dull. The salad’s we’re good along with the appetizer. Just needs a complete overhaul of the quality of the food. We would have rather grilled our own steaks, sadly.

I was really excited to order steak since this is a steakhouse. I asked for the medium rare cook and got well done. It was impossible to cut. The “beef stew” tastes like what I had from a soup can in my cheaper college years lol. Save your money. I will not order from here again. Edit: I added another star for the breadsticks. Those are good!

The impression that I got was that this place isn’t going to be open much longer. it seems run down and the carpeting is not only dirty but coming up posing a safety hazard. This leaves the impression that there is no money to spend and the place is not likely to survive.

Went for my sister’s birthday dinner with family. The service and waitresses were great. The food was good. It was accommodating for the group we had. The only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is the smell inside, its probably because it is a older building but possibly some water damage at some point that wasn’t completely fixed. Again everything was good though and we will definitely be going back
