Savannah was the most incredible server. She went above and beyond with her warm and inviting personality to make this birthday dinner extra fun and special. We never had to ask for a thing she was like a ninja. Not hanging around buy there when you needed her. Thr rest of the staff worked like a well oiled machine. The manager from Bakersfield that was helping the store get back open took our positive comments for Savannah and shared some fun stories. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. Steak. Yum did I mention steak. Wr had so much food to take home it was wild. Who’s complaining when you have delicious left overs. So glad they are back open. They took my reservation with ease. There is plenty of parking and something for everyone. A good time indeed! Thanks Savannah you reminded us how fun it can be to go out when you get stellar service.

We are so happy BA opened back up in Ventura! We were loyal customers before it shutdown. We did come opening week and it was very busy and a little let down, but given how absolutely busy it is, we expected it. So we came a week later for happy hour and we were more than delighted with our experience. The food was great, our waiter Susana was great and so kind. The manager was also helpful and kind in clearing our table when our waiter was busy, or getting us refills. We’re so happy to have BA back in our rotation for dining out!

I had an amazing time here! I went with some friends for a little Galentines drink and appetizer. The food was amazing and they had the cutest Valentines themed drinks! My server was Isabel and she was so sweet and helpful! I could tell she had a lot of tables but she managed her time wonderfully and made sure everyone was taken care of. The manager, Kristy stopped by to say hi and check in on us. She was so nice and seemed to really care about her customers experience. Serves 10/10 Food 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10⭐️

Had a really wonderful time here recently. Ryan was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s always a pleasure to have service that’s this good. Definitely recommend!

I wasn’t expecting it to be great but it still didn’t meet our expectations. First and probably last time I’ll eat at this establishment at least. Appetizers alone took 30 mins to arrive. Honestly even thought our server forgot to input the order. After we got our main entrees the prime rib was incredibly tough on one side because it was cut as if a child did it. Our server had a good and friendly attitude but man she took forever to get anything and had to be reminded several times for the same thing.

Isabella was fantastic during our visit. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her friendly demeanor really added to the overall positive experience. We’ll definitely be back, and hope to have Isabella help us again!

Great place. The staff wan wonderful. It’s just that they have 5 giant TVs at the bar and all TVs played the same channel of advertising. I asked to change one Tav to LOCAL news channel (non political) and he said NO. He said because we dont want politics. ..with all due respect, this is local channel. Grow some balls please. The dead TV channels made the bar area feel stagnant and dead. Dry and border. Just keeping it real

I came with my family to enjoy a meal. The server was very friendly, respectful and prompt. Overall, the food quality was not what we expected. It did not meet our expectation.
At the end when we got our check, we noticed the Gratuity Suggestions on the bottom of the receipt and the corresponding percentages, were highly inflated and did not match exact numbers. That is unethical!
Additionally, I left the server a generous 19% tip when I signed the check. (Using my Gift Card balance on file)
Low and behold, today I was checking my Gift Card balance, I found out that they took more money (unauthorized) from the balance. That is FRAUD!
I will be calling the restaurant Manager to investigate and dispute the charge and possibly file a claim against their establishment.
