I went here for a dinner with one other, the wait for our table wasn’t long, the service was fine enough, however it’s hard to judge since when I went they apparently had a new system they were using, so as of this review the service may seem off due to that for a few weeks or so.

I got a filet mignon with a grilled salmon, with mashed potatoes and the rice pilaf as sides. The other person of my party got a ribeye, 2 lobster tails, with Mac n cheese and the salad for sides.
I did try the lobster and it wasn’t bad, but not outstanding, the salmon was also fine, the some, albeit small, parts of the salmon did taste a tad burnt, but it wasn’t too dry, could be a little juicer however, the filet mignon was very tender and was quite good, the sides weren’t outstanding either, but still good.
All in all not a bad steak house, but I have tried more, I was expecting a little better food wise, especially for the price, but it I’m craving steak and a restaurant experience, I may consider returning.

Outstanding experience at Black Angus! The food and service were great, but let’s be honest… the real MVP was the bread and butter. Between me, my brother, and our two cousins, we somehow managed to demolish 12 plates of bread. At that point, we weren’t even ordering bread anymore — it felt like a competitive sport.

The staff kept it coming with a smile, and we gladly accepted the challenge. Amazing service, great vibes, and dangerously good bread. We came for the steaks, but we might come back just for the bread. Highly recommend!

Currently still sitting here with even more bread coming!

Old school steak house, keeping the rustic wooden interior, nice and clean, not busy. Good deals and savory food. The food takes a little while not too long but consider everything is being made from scratch.

I always enjoy the atmosphere at Black Angus, it has that warm, rustic charm that reminds me of a small Texas town. The tables and booths are spacious and comfortable, perfect for accommodating my whole family. During my visit, I ordered the Campfire Feast, which offered great variety and a lot of food, including dessert. For the price, the portions were incredibly generous and well worth it. We also ordered drinks and some delicious appetizers to start. And of course, I can’t forget the star of the show, their amazing bread. It’s truly the best! I’ll definitely be back!

Extremely Disappointing and Unsanitary Experience

We visited Black Angus today to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

First, there was a cockroach crawling on the seat next to us, which was absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable. When we pointed it out, the staff acted surprisingly calm — as if this wasn’t the first time — and only offered to move us to another table and take $20 off the bill. That’s it. Honestly, I was so grossed out I almost threw up.

On top of that, the service was terrible. I ordered my toddler’s meal first, before anyone else’s, thinking it would come out early — but instead, they brought the appetizers and drinks first, and my child’s food didn’t come until much later. We didn’t get any check-ins or refills, and it really felt like the staff didn’t care.

For a place that’s supposed to be family-friendly and a good spot for celebrations, this was an absolute disaster. Between the roach, the poor service, and the lack of concern from the staff, I can confidently say we will not be returning.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Black Angus Steakhouse. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable.

Our waitress, Alexis F, provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her positive attitude truly made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I came here a couple of weeks ago after several years and really enjoyed the food and the service. I ordered a NY strip meal, and the steak was good for the price. This place also has the best potatoes au gratin. I loved it so much, I came back in two days with someone. We ordered their dinner for 2 deal which is an amazing deal if you ask me. However, the steaks were dry and not at all had a quality of preparation as a non-discounted meal I had before. The server wasn’t attentive, didn’t offer refills, even though she just dropped off the food, and I had to call her again as she was in a rush to help another table. Every time we needed something, we had to wait. It seemed like she somehow offered better service to everyone but us. Overall, between the first time and the second time, I will rate this place as three stars. Most likely won’t be coming back anytime soon, unless my cravings for that potatoes au gratin overrule.

One of the best steakhouses we’ve ever been. We order the dinner for two with the tomahawk and it was simply astounishing. The potato and bacon soup is one of the best entrées, while the Crème Brûlée was the best dessert to finish the night. Fully and totally recommended!
