To start with the atmosphere, it looks like a restaurant from the 80s that never upgraded any infrastructure. The outside of the building is completely dark at night, and the inside has very OK lighting.
But that doesn’t even begin to describe all the issues with the food.
Everything you order is some frozen, prepackaged food that is reheated.
The calamari strips are not fresh, it’s a terribly small portion, and some parts of it were still frozen.
The crabcakes have an extremely fishy smell, and the ratio of crab to breading is so bad. You almost can’t taste or see any crab.
The onion rings taste like something you get out of the grocery store.
The mac & cheese is a solid block and has no flavor.
The grilled chicken is pretty dry with some parts inedible.
And last, don’t order the cookie dessert. As you can see in the photo, what they serve it’s supposed to be a cookie skillet, but it was an abomination. I can’t believe the restaurant actually felt OK giving the order as shown in the photo. Additionally, the ice cream that it is serve served with has so much actual ice in it.
The worst part was that it took well over an hour to get the food. Almost close to 1.5 hours, and I had to pay for the meal 40 minutes before it had even arrived.
When the food did arrive, they let me know. It had been sitting in the back for a while, but they were pending some other items. This was quite noticeable as all of the food dishes were room temperature/cold.
If you do a to go order, the restaurant does not provide you with any silverware or napkins.
Staff are not friendly, management is not embarrassed at the quality of the food, and they do not even try to make it right. Do not come here.
1) The size of the shrimp. Far larger than last time ordered.
2) the prime rib was cooked perfectly medium rare. Had major issues with temps previously.
They definitely earned getting my business back. I hope the improvements in quality remain consistently!
We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, my steak was completely burnt and nowhere near the medium I ordered. It was dry, overcooked, and completely inedible. After waiting that long, it was beyond frustrating to be served something that shouldn’t have even left the kitchen.
We barely saw our server — maybe twice the entire time — and there was zero urgency or care. We weren’t about to sit there another 45 minutes for a remake, especially since this was supposed to be our Valentine’s dinner. Instead, we paid for food we didn’t eat and left.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Not worth the time or money.
