Sadly I wish we would have seen these reviews before spending $65 for 3 meals and a kids meal. Service was slow, they are short handed and it’s obvious. The inside had loud music and everything is old, rips in the booth seats, dirt floors. They were out of ice cream and we watched at least 15 people walk back out because of this. We knew they were very short handed and waited a long while without complaining but after taking a couple bites we all were very disappointed. Very dry burger, overly salted, tasteless meat. It was the first time I didn’t even eat half of my meal and trashed it. You get way too many fries with each meal so order accordingly. Hope they read these reviews and make some changes, it could be an awesome place with some re direction!!

The garbage was overflowing to the point a pile of garbage was started next to it.
When we pointed out the overflowing garbage the staff member said, “Oh, I didn’t notice.” According to other reviews this is a common, recurring issue here.
Staff finally came out to remove the garbage. All of them were wearing the gloves they were using in the kitchen and none of them removed the gloves when they returned to the kitchen. Disgusting!
Note to owners and staff: gloves are not intended to protect you from everything you touch. They are for protecting the food from you.
Other customers were waiting even longer than us. One family had been there two hours waiting for their meals.
After waiting an hour, we finally left. Keep the $20–that’s the last $20 this place will ever get from us.

They seemed to be the only place open on Sunday (They aren’t! Go to Salty Bear instead!) There were a ton of people inside in line and the first people kept ringing the bell for service but nobody came. When they finally did, they didnt seem too friendly. Prices are also outrageous. They probably make plenty over the summer that they dont need to make things so over priced. We left and went to Salty Bear down the street and got good food super fast.
Based on other reviews, I am glad we left.

Lame this is the only place that sells shakes in the winter….told us shakes where a 45 min wait…we left and came back 30 mins later and the rude lady at the counter then told us they close the shake machine 30 mins before closing…wich is interesting it was 40 mins before they closed….i guess they don’t want to sell anything….

Extremely overpriced, dry, inaccurate order of food. The raspberry shake was weak, almost all vanilla ice cream. No TP in the bathrooms, garbage spilling over, understaffed and an eyelash in my shake lid. Being busy and a bit understaffed can be forgiven for good food but the burger was a hockey puck. Sad to say I will never be back. A $15 burger and fries needs to be more than just taking advantage of the crowds. Time to deliver!

Went here because the lines were long everywhere else. Now, I know why they did not have a line. This place is EXPENSIVE!! The burger was maybe 1/8 pound and it was $15. Came plain, no mustard, no ketchup nothing!

This was the worst food I have ever eaten and waaaaay over priced. I am not a picky person but this was awful. The fries were horrendous. They tasted like they had been rewarmed in the microwave. We ate a couple and threw the rest away. The lady taking the order was rude and blunt. I asked if we could do grilled chicken on the chicken cordon bleu and she simply said “No.”
Don’t understand why they couldn’t just do a grilled chicken breast instead of crispy when they offer other grilled chicken sandwiches. The strawberry shake was only semi mixed and not a very strong flavor.
I really don’t like being mean, but I feel like they don’t give a crap about their customers because they know people will come since it’s super busy during the summer season. We will never go back.
