Been a long time customer for about 5 years , always ordered delivery and tipped all the time. All that good faith to the store has now diminished, everytime I planned on tipping cash or sometimes not on particular days, I would get a phone call from someone at the store insisting on tipping the driver, trying to strong-arm me for a tip, I quote, ” Why you no tip?” ” Next time you tip, okay?” Hearing that and kinda arguing with the person on the phone over a tip is extremely unprofessional, Cheap and makes me not want to order delivery from BK Pizza Express anymore since the two phone calls over the past couple of months, there will not be a next time, I’m done ordering online if it’s a possibility of arguing with dude on the phone. Its solid cheap pizza. The original owner passed away a few years ago, and its been under new management since. Don’t use the website to order, they won’t check it, ALWAYS call in. As well as doing take out, they never have enough drivers to deliver. Usually takes about 25 minutes. So if you’re in the mood for any old school greasy and cheap pizza; this is the place to go.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, pizza and a double cheeseburger. I received the chicken sandwich and it was very pink. It was literaly like frozen chicken thrown on a bun and it thawed out somewhat for pickup. Everytime we call now it’s different service. Either they can’t make this or don’t know how or it’s picked up and just bad. I’ve called to speak to the owner multiple times and have never received a call back or anything. I don’t recommend them anymore

Always looking for a great pizza place, and the importance of supporting small business owners. BK Pizza Express knocked it out of the box! Literally! I placed a phone order for My daughter’s 18 birthday we ordered a super large cheese and the King Kong 3ft pizza. Excellent phone service and experience. They even put the number 18 on the pizza in pepperoni for us! Next mission is to try everything on the menu. BK’s is our new go to pizza spot! I was told by my referring Co Worker about how to effectively get the King Kong 3ft pizza into the house. Coach K was right! It was like a lightweight moving experience a slight tilt and backwards down the stairs! . Did I mention the crust was fresh with the perfect subtle fresh dough sweetness and the sauce was perfection. In the words of the brithday/Grad “It’s taste bud life changing” closest thing to an authentic NY slice!

Food here is good but beware of their scam on coupons. I received a coupon for a free small pizza with an order 15.99 and up. I called and made my order. I asked to apply the discount on a white pizza. While I was expecting an uncharge, due to the change, what i didn’t expect was a pathetic 5.00 discount on a 9.99 coupon. I didnt escalate because of a language barrier when i called in but, buyer beware of their practices.

Under new mgt. Great subs improved big time. Stacked and service was good. Fresh bread. Good fries and great pizza and good Italian meal.nice to be waited on by pleasant people and its clean there. Fast good service too. The new owner has made the place much better. The help isn’t sad or tired don’t complain. They r mature help. No lazy at all. Willing to do the extra for the customer. Right around the corner from my house and I love them. The subs are amazing and the seasoned fries are bomb. Pizza and wings are pretty good as well haven’t tried much else but I order from here so regularly, They have my order saved! Love that cause it makes it easy for everyone. They always have my food ready when they say (or sooner) and it’s always so delicious! They are always friendly when I call to order and I have never had any issues with them.(although if you did I’m sure it would be easy to resolve if you called back and explained.) All said, The good food and service is enough to keep me coming back! Thanks so much!

I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a whole Italian cold cut with everything, a mushroom cheese steak with everything and fries and onion rings. The Italian cold cut did not have onions, pickles or Italian dressing or hots. It barely had meat, and it had one piece of lettuce and what looked like the edge of a very thin piece of tomato. The steak sub didn’t have hots either. They used to have great subs. It’s under new management. If this is how it’s going to be, I’m never going to order from them again. I was so disappointed and I’ve been trying to call them all day and no one is answering the phone. I used to recommend them to people but not any more.
