Our building used to be a bank, which gives it a distinctive design you won’t find in other restaurants. The big water fountain outside the entrance sets the scene for an enjoyable meal! Inside, our large cocktail area can accommodate larger parties, and our spacious covered patio can seat up to 110 people, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors year-round! We had an excellent experience at BJ’s tonight. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The service was prompt, well-organized, and friendly without feeling forced, which made the entire evening very comfortable.
The food was outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Portions were generous, presentation was appealing, and the quality clearly reflected consistency and care in the kitchen. Each dish came out at the right temperature and tasted exactly as expected—or better.
Overall, BJ’s delivered a great combination of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. It’s clear that both the kitchen and the staff take pride in what they do. We truly enjoyed our time and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Clearly, the kitchen is overwhelmed because when I walked in to pick up my order, there wasn’t an empty seat in the restaurant

Had lunch here with two coworkers and had a great experience. Even though it was busy, the staff welcomed us warmly and service was smooth. Food was fresh and delicious, and the variety of craft beers and drinks at the bar was impressive. Appetizers and drinks came out on time, followed by well-prepared main courses. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, and professional, energetic staff. Definitely recommend!

We are regulars to this BJs when we eat at this chain. Usually really good and on it. This time there was an issue with the kitchen and all of our meals were cold except my husband’s food. The manager got involved and handled the issue right away getting us some new food along with a few other things to help make our night enjoyable. I appreciated how far they went to correc the issue for us.

Well, coming in to this establishment yesterday, 01.29.26 @ 12:30pm, the hostess didn’t acknowledge me as I stood in front of her for several minutes. She didn’t even look up to make eye contact with me as I was patiently waiting for her attention. I finally had to assert myself to put my name on the wait list because even though I was 2 feet from her face, she straight up ignored me. Not very polite or welcoming.
The bathroom is decent, but needs a good cleaning. Very dusty. One toilet was clogged (I’ll spare you that picture).
The food was good. The waitress was okay. Towards the end she had an attitude that we asked for our dessert to go.
However, the way service is in this day and age, I guess this is all “normal” for this rising generation. ♀️
I’m not very good at talking pictures, but if you have dust allergies, this isn’t the place for you!

We had such a great experience tonight at BJ’s in Laguna Hills, and a huge part of that was our server, Aleena.
A couple of friends and I get together every month or two to catch up, and we always choose a different spot. Tonight was one of those nights, and Aleena made it such an enjoyable experience from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming right away, and her customer service was top-notch.
She was super accommodating with our requests, gave great recommendations when we were deciding what to order, and checked in on us at just the right times; never hovering, but always right there when we needed something. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great evening.
We already planned our next dinner get-together to be back at BJ’s, and we’ll definitely be asking for Aleena again. She made our night, and experiences like this are what will keep us coming back. Thank you, Aleena!

My wife and I met a couple of her friends for some food. We sat at the bar tables and my wife and I both ordered the $13 Pizookie meal. I had the fried chicken and she had the double smash burger. I asked for some extra gravy and our server, Amy, brought me plenty of extra dressing. The food was delicious. One of my wife’s friends had the Avocado Egg Rolls as her meal. She enjoyed it and the 2 margaritas she had. Her other friend had the personal pizza and a salad Pizookie meal. The pizza was delicious and she enjoyed the salad and her margarita. The pizookies were all delicious and Amy was very nice and quick with everything. She had no trouble splitting our bill the way the ladies wanted it split. Thank you Amy!

BJ’s was a great experience for our group. We were seated outback in a heated patio area. The server, Renee was great. She was very welcoming and reminded us the heaters could be turned off if we felt too hot. She highlighted the Wednesday special (burgers for $13) and the dinner/pizookie deal (also $13). She was very patient and gave us time to look over everything. The food was good, but could have been a bit hotter upon reaching our table. We felt some of the items (the pizza in particular) was not as hot as we would have liked. But the dinner was great and tasty. We also loved the pizookies which our server carefully packed for use to take home

Yes, this is a chain restaurant. However it offers something for everyone. In addition to its varied menu, there are a variety of seating areas. Of course, as a brew house, there are ample beer choices. And then there is the Unlucky Ducky.
