When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait. It ended up being closer to 35 minutes, which wasn’t a huge deal since wait times are estimates. Once seated, however, it took seven minutes before our waitress came over, and in that time we only had one usable menu, the other was filthy, missing pages, and stuck together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The booth and table weren’t clean either, which already put us off.
Our waitress was kind when she finally came, but by that time we were ready to order. My wife’s chicken salad was excellent and the kids’ tenders were fine (though the fruit was mushy and sad, if the grapes were at the point in my fridge they would be going in the trash.) Then came my ribeye steak. Cold, undercooked vegetables, the most depressing asparagus I have ever seen, and seasoning that tasted like the dry rub for a St. Louis rack of ribs instead of steak. It was honestly disgusting, and for the first time ever, I sent food back without ordering anything else.
The manager did comp my steak, and insisted on giving us a Pizookie, which was thoughtful. Both the manager and waitress tried to make things right, but the overall experience, from the dirty menu to the cold, poorly seasoned meal; was just not what I’d expect from BJ’s.
If you’re looking for a place that never disappoints: must go, must eat, be happy.
Thanks, as always, for a great meal and excellent service!

10 minute wait until staff came to attend.
No utensils provided on time.
Entrée was good. Cooked as ordered with hefty portions.
Appetizers were bland (Bjs Palmdale had better calamari).
Ale was from the bottom. Hazy and full of yeast sediment. Please respect the customer and change keg. Tipped 20% because we care.
Our server was attentive and would smoothly check in if we needed anything and the food came out quite quickly
The boneless wings were alright, a little mushy but a pretty good flavor. The sweet pig gourmet pizza was really flavorful and had a nice crunch. Also it’s 50% off some of the pizzas on Mondays, they have other weekly deals which I’ve included below.
My brother thoroughly enjoyed his burger, and the fries that I stole off his plate were also quite well cooked and tasty.
Used to come here as a teenager but it’s been 8 years since and I’m reminded why I enjoyed eating here before moving. Highly recommend!
But the real highlight was the phenomenal service from our server, Leanna. She was truly extra attentive, anticipating every need, from instant drink refills to timely check-ins. Leanna’s attention to detail made the entire dining experience superb.
Thank you, Leanna! We will definitely be returning.
Spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good. The avocado egg rolls were decent but better with ranch than thr sweet sauce they serve it with.
The chicken parmigian with spaghetti was good but nothing special. Needed a bit more sauce in my opinion. The Mediterranean salad with chicken was decent and seemed to lack as much flavor as I would hoped for.
Then comes the pizookie for desert. I have never had one before and I was very pleased. I had salted caramel and my wife had the brownie.
Nice way to end the meal.
I would certainly suggest checking it out. All and all for 2 entrees, 2 appetizers and a speciality cocktail with tip it was 60 bucks which you just don’t find often anymore.
