It sounds like the kitchen had a rough night. The spaghetti was just plain colored pasta with a sour smell and taste, so I didn’t bother with it. The Smash Burger didn’t look like it was smashed at all, and it didn’t have any flavor or seasoning. I’m definitely putting this place last on my list.

We have never really eaten here before so it was our first time.

I thought the prices were a little high but what we got for it was amazing…a great value.

My daughter got their chicken alfredo my son got the smokehouse ranch burger and I got the tri-tip and ribs.
First my salad was just amazing, I got the tomato balsamic arugula salad and it was so yummy. Then when I got the ribs… it wasn’t quite half a slab but man it was a lot of ribs compared to barbecue places I go to where you get like three when it’s together or something else. Then the tri-tip was super yummy juicy and flavorful.

My daughter loved the chicken with the Alfredo and my son loved the burger.

We also got the Calamari for an appetizer and it was just delicious.
The sauces were really good too.

Then the service was top notch and made our meal super enjoyable, this isn’t standard sadly in most places.

We’ll be back again soon, it was really good! If you haven’t tried BJs, maybe it’s time.

We were greeting with a warm welcome as soon as we walked in by the host and gave us the option to sit in the bar area which was open seating so we went ahead and grabbed a booth. Our server was Alicea C. She greeted us within a few minutes with great attitude and service but right after ordering our food, it all went downhill from there. Her attitude was good mostly throughout but zero attentive to the experience. A different server dropped off our food and I finished my entire meal and she never came to check on us once and my mom needed hot sauce but wasnt able to order it until she was almost done with her meal when our server finally checked back on us. While my mom was finishing, I ordered our desserts. Several minutes later she came back to ask us about desserts again. So im assuming she forgot to ring them in the first time I ordered. We both finished eating and waited for our desserts for about 30 minutes or more after finishing our food. Our drinks never got refilled not even once. And the biggest thing that kind of turned this experience slightly worse was getting the check dropped off before we even got our desserts. Food was great and atmosphere was pleasant but aside a good attitude, the service was not good and we didnt get what we needed to fully enjoy our meal since we barely got checked on a couple of times and felt rushed to leave since we got our check WAY before we even got desserts.

When I went the other day, Brittany was our server. She was super polite, was always checking on us to make sure we were good, and did recommend some items when we asked. The pizookies were the highlight of the meal though!

I have gone to this location several times and have had impeccable service. Their server Brittany is by far a huge contributor in my decision to go to this particular BJs. She is attentive, kind, and quick on her feet!! The second time I went there and had her as a server, she remembered my drink order. It had been several weeks before that she had served me! I thought that was incredible. She truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and stress free. She has great recommendations and is a part of the conversation but doesn’t ever feel like she’s intruding into your conversation. I will keep driving the 25 minutes to this specific location due to her service. (To be clear, the other servers are also nice and the food is always good too!) 10/10 would recommend this location!

Absolutely lovely place, the food was incredible. My server, Nigel, was an absolute delight. The pazookie strawberry shortcake was dandy as can be. Elsiana (I sincerely hope I’m spelling that correctly.) Is an absolutely incredible manager. Every last detail on this place made it so enticing to be in. The club sandwich tasted so fresh, nothing was overbearing or tasted any older than a few hours. My one complaint would have to be a lack of seasoning in the chicken alfredo. But even then it was stellar. Overall an amazing experience, I will comeback.

My family and I have visited BJ’s only a handful of times, and our past experiences left us with less than favorable impressions. However, we decided to give it another chance to celebrate a significant milestone for our son. We made reservations through Open Table, and upon arrival, I provided my name and reservation time. The staff promptly placed us on a brief waitlist, and within three or four minutes, they called our name and seated us at a table.

The restaurant’s lively atmosphere made it somewhat challenging to hear our waiter, but we still managed to enjoy our evening. The food was satisfactory, nothing extraordinary or mind blowing, but decent nonetheless. As a chain restaurant, BJ’s offers reliable, good quality fare. While it may not stand out as an exceptional dining destination, it serves its purpose well. If you find yourself fond of BJ’s, it’s certainly worth a return visit.

Found another BJ’s on my travels and knew that’s where lunch would be today! Such a great restaurant! The staff were all so friendly! The food was fresh and hot! Of course the pazookie is AMAZING! This one will be on my list of go to’s next time I am in that area!

This place always has amazing service, you rarely have an empty cup. The food is super tasty and always fresh. I had the burger with pazookie lunch specials. Generous sizes. I highly recommend the Mac and cheese bites. The dip they provide with them is a whole new level. I was skeptical at first with it being a chain restaurant but so happy we decided to eat here. It is my new go to place.
