We had an incredible server at our most recent visit here. The food came out promptly although the restaurant was pretty busy on this Friday night. My only complaint was that we received chicken potstickers that were completely under cooked, and nearly raw in appearance after biting into one of them. My husband unknowingly ate the entire potsticker before I noticed the issue seconds later…ewww! My server quickly apologized and offered to have them remade. I requested that they were to be deep fried instead of pan seared just to ensure that they were fully cooked next time around.
I saw the manager with the server as she explained the issue and then the two were at the pos terminal together for a moment I’m sure ringing in my new order. I don’t like that the manager never came over to check on our table after the mishap. Isn’t that one of their responsibilities to their guests? It would have been great if management stopped by to acknowledge the issue that was brought to their attention.
The potstickers also took longer than expected to reach our table. There should have been emphasis placed on correcting the order and getting it sent back to us asap. We came in and ordered various appetizers to share and by the time the potstickers arrived we were mostly done eating so we took them to go.

Outstanding.
Ordered a couple things for pick-up & was thoroughly pleased. The order was ready promptly. The food quality was wonderful & the house brews are definitely worth checking out.
Exceptional first impression. It’s on the expensive side of options but the extra you pay comes back in quality, definitely found a new favorite.

We went today Nov.2.25, after a long time, even though we live so close of the BJs at Craig Rd, NLV. It changes for better. New staff, New menu items, the front door is finally very clear and clear. We love to see changes for the best. My husband ordered the sliders for appetizer, and I had the cheese couscous balls. Delicious. Then my husband ordered the jambalaya with pasta instead of rice, and it was very good. My blackened salmon was great. Kristine our waitress very attentive and customer service oriented. This restaurant changed a lot, but for better. Highly recommend.

Beautiful decor, lots of table seating. Big bar. Outdoor seating area. Big screen tvs. It’s a bit pricey. $60 (ten was the tip). The food was good. We had the tasty flat Tavern BBQ chicken pizza, couscous Mac n cheese balls, which was good but mainly gooey fried rice balls. Very little Mac noodles and smoked bacon pieces. The long island drink was weak and on the sour side. The bartender was nice, but the staff bustling around us ignored us the whole time with no eye contact or pleasantries. Golf and beer seemed to be the theme. Clean spacious establishment.

I had the experience of dining here recently. This is a better alternative to family dining than other pub like facilities. It was clean. The wait staff was efficient and polite. If an error was made on your order, they were quick to make corrections. I’m not a big fan of corporate commercial made foods. However, this was surprisingly good. The meat balls were huge and juicy. The spaghetti sauce was moist and tasty. Their Shrimp Alfredo was tasty and finally not overcooked. For happy hour, there’s a drink special. Not bad at all.

From the moment we walked through the front door, JJ made our experience at BJ’s Brewhouse absolutely wonderful. He greeted us with a big, genuine smile and a vibrant personality that instantly made us feel welcomed and valued.
JJ was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. He checked on us at all the right times, made sure our needs were met, and delivered impeccable service without ever making us feel rushed. His professionalism paired with his warm, engaging demeanor truly elevated our dining experience.

I really enjoy coming to to this BJ’s for a meal. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was very good and filling. The highlight was the pizookie. The spooky pizookie was awesome.

Ordered the ribeye today and absolutely disappointed. Unfortunately, I never had a chance to eat. I ordered Medium rare, first steak was brought out well done. The second steak took about 20 minutes to arrive, manager asked me to cut into it and the steak was RARE. The manager acknowledged it and due to us waiting too long I said that we had to leave and couldn’t wait for another steak. I do not recommend this location as the manager didn’t care and did nothing about our meal other than removing the steak I never ate. This is the North Las Vegas effect of poor management and staff.
