It was my first time here but my boyfriend hasn’t been here in a while. I mainly came for the Lucky Ducky drink which was AMAZING btw! But the food was also incredible. We got the Mac and Cheese balls as an appetizer and the siracha dipping sauce was my favorite the queso was also good. My boyfriend got the Chicken Parm and I got a Bacon Cheeseburger with Guacamole. It was so good even the fries were really good. Our server Megan was so nice and had excellent customer service.

I love bjs and never had a problem but recently ordered from uber eats and they rip you off with the amount of food they give you and the price. My husbands burger was also completely raw, we threw it out as it was completely cold and unedible and we had nothing to cook it with. Very disappointing, recommend in person dine in as delivery was no good.

Nelly was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She really made our experience at BJ’s stand out. Niki was great she brought tummy kids a few snacks and fruit and it was so nice it kept them occupied and happy. She was very attentive the entire time refilling our drinks amd checking on us. She brought my kids desert right away and we had such a good time. NIKI was very personable and made us feel welcom thank you Niki we will be back . Great service!

First off, I LOVE that reservations can be made online, so easy!! The food we order is always hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. Tonight I ordered a rare Rib Eye, and I got a rare rib eye. I highly recommend their Mac n cheese balls app and their honey siracha Brussels as a side to your steak. Nikki was fantastic!! She gave great recommendations, answered all questions, was so friendly and just a happy human. From now on we will be requesting a table in her scheduled area. She made our evening fun and we really appreciated her help and bubbly personality. Great job BJ’s for hiring her!

Nikki was our waitress this evening, and my gosh. She was incredible. Attentive? check. Funny? check! Fast? Check! I never found myself wanting for anything. She anticipated our group’s every need, and is in my personal Top 3 for favorite waitstaff I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely coming back, due in no small part to her service.
