I always have an absolutely fantastic experience at BJ’s Restaurant – Broadway. The customer service here is truly top-tier, and the quality of the food never disappoints.
I especially want to highlight the amazing service from Sierra, Hannah, Kenzie, and Bella. They consistently go above and beyond—highly attentive, friendly, and always making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. Wanted a light lunch, sat outside on the patio. Weather was great patio had music and was nice. Hannah our sever was super friendly and helpful right away. Even with having plenty of tables inside she took the time to walk out to the patio to check on us during the appetizer to make sure everything was good. The food came out quickly, I ordered the chicken pita tacos, they were delicious. And dont get me started on the dessert! We were able to enjoy our meal and as we were wrapping up the general manager Brian came out to ask how we liked everything. He was also very friendly and great energy. I was very impressed with the service. I haven’t had this good of an experience at a restaurant in a very long time ! Thank you Hannah and Brian.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience. We stopped in for lunch and tried one of their new pizzas. It was delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better server. Paul was so friendly and definitely on the ball! He had everything out for us quickly and seemed to know what we were going to ask for before asking. He brought us refills just before we needed them. He had several tables but that didn’t slow him down! We’ll definitely be requesting him next time we go!

I recently had an indulgent visit to BJ’s Restaurant on Broadway and Craycroft. For our family of 6, we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table at around 6:30pm on a Friday night. I started with one of their signature drinks called the “Unlucky Ducky” (yummy), served in a mini bathtub—complete with a little rubber ducky, which was a neat touch. I tried a bit of everything-New England clam chowder (yummy, but did not come with any crackers), hot wings (okay), mozzarella sticks (yummy), Prime Rib (good), mashed potatoes (good), and a chocolate chunk Pizookie (yummy, but large).
The food and drinks overall was delicious, though there were a couple of minor hiccups. I ordered steamed broccoli, but they brought me black beans instead, and I just wasn’t a fan of the black beans. Also, we were seated near the patio door, so we got a few gusts of wind whenever it opened.
One nice perk is that if you want to take that adorable bathtub cup home as a souvenir, it’s $10, and it’s a nice sturdy cup with their logo on it. Overall, even with those little mix-ups, it was still a good experience and a great spot for a special treat. With military discount the bill came out to about $260, which is pretty pricey, but we did order a lot and had some leftovers. I’d definitely go back—just maybe be sure to get a better seating location and prepare the family to share the Pizookie because those are large and have a lot of calories, haha.

I had such a great experience thanks to Jose R. He has amazing customer service skills, always a pleasure to speak with, friendly, attentive, and professional. He checks in at just the right time without ever being overbearing, which really makes the dining experience feel comfortable and welcoming.
I ordered the chicken protein bowl, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Jose also recommended adding a special side of a pizookie, and I’m so glad he did because it was the perfect sweet treat to finish the meal.

Absolute gem—BJ’s never disappoints! Started with the famous Avocado Egg Rolls (crispy perfection with that tangy dip) and moved to the deep-dish pizza (lasagna) which was cheesy, flavorful and hit the spot. Their house brews are top-tier—loved the Piranha Pale Ale—and the Pizookie for dessert sealed the deal (warm cookie + ice cream = heaven). Server was friendly, quick with refills, and the whole place had that cozy sports-bar energy without feeling chaotic. Great portions, killer happy hour deals, and family-friendly too. 10/10, we’ll be back soon!

Paul was our waiter last night. He is great at his job. He explains options extremely well. If we still have a question he re explains. He often checks back asking how our food is or if we need anything else. Of course our food was wonderful. The butterfinger pizookie was out of this world delicious.

This was such a wonderful dining experience with my family. The meal itself was flavorful and satisfying. What truly made the experience even better was our server, Christian. He was warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire meal. His timing was perfect, his recommendations were on point, and he made the whole experience feel smooth and cared for.
