The food was a solid 7/10 I always love coming! But what stood out was the amazing service! RICHARD gave me and my mother the best service I’ve had in my entire life! And I’m being genuine! He was super kind, funny, understanding and not pushy when it came to ordering food! He offered to take a lap when me and my mom couldn’t decide! This guy needs to train all future staff at all restaurants around the world I even left my pizza there on accident and he saved it for me!! I mean no better service than Mr.Richard!! I mean from someone who worked in customer service and those types of jobs this guy nailed it! EMPLOYEE OF THE CENTURY!!

I wanted to share some feedback from my visit this evening. I was having dinner with a friend and initially had a very pleasant experience. The servers and hosts were warm, attentive, and showed excellent hospitality, which we truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn when I witnessed what I believe to be the manager on duty yelling at an employee in front of guests seated at the bar. Seeing a staff member spoken to in that manner—especially in front of customers—felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
I felt this was important to bring to your attention, as it overshadowed what was otherwise a positive visit. After witnessing that interaction, we decided we would not be returning.

BJ’s possesses excellent service, impeccable dining environments, and brilliant execution as well as presentation of quality ingredients for a myriad of well designed recipes. This restaurant knows precisely how to craft an all around deliciously enjoyable experience; they know their worth price wise, and it’s undeniably worth that price. The chicken tortilla soup cup was divine as a starter, especially with the addition of avocado at the bottom. Their Enlightened Asian Chopped Salad contained sumptuous grilled chicken breast, fresh vegetables such as baby field greens, napa cabbage, romaine, red bell peppers, green onions, and carrots. It was topped with sesame seeds, crispy wonton strips, cilantro, and mandarin oranges yet topped with a perfectly balanced amount of honey ginger dressing. The salted caramel pazookie was dangerously delectable as well and one order of pazookie is plenty to share for an entire table; the immense sweetness encouraged all of us to drink water before going in for more bites.

Fun first time here, forgetting that it’s mother’s day also, they did not have regular searing, but the host staff was able to find seating right away in the bar area to accommodate our large group.
Everyone was pretty happy with the food and choices.

We love this particular BJ’s We are never disappointed and the staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. That said it is always a good idea to be an informed consumer, check out the menu online before you visit and ask for what you want, the staff is more than happy to work with you.
