Good food and good service. They have large seating capacity, always busy but your wait times are small. I love their loaded nachos and pizzokie . Decent options for vegetarians. Margherita flat bread is my all time go. You can even go for a date night here, their ambience is really good. Food portions are huge. It’s a $$ restaurant so be ready to spend at least $15-$20 each.

Ate here for the first time tonight, the atmosphere was vibrant and fun with a great bar, the man working the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, the only issue I had was with the server; he seemed disengaged and didn’t come around often. Other than that it was a great dinner, once we ordered the food came out very fast and to order.

The food is really good. They hlave lots of food that delicious. You can’t go wrong with what you order. The dessert is even good. But the downfall is the customer service. I took my daughter to eat there for her graduation dinner. The waitress and waiters are rude. You try to be nice and say thank you for their service. But they don’t have any manners. That’s what happens when you have young kids who works. But it can be anyone. It doesn’t matter how old they are. People are just rude and don’t have good customer service.

The food was fresh and wonderful! The portions were very nice as well. Our server, Curtis, was extremely nice and helpful when I was trying to decide on a cocktail. I got the Cherry Chipotle glazed salmon was so tastey and I recieved a giant piece of salmon, not just a small filet like at most other places. My husband got the baked ziti and it smelled wonderful. The cocktails were tastey, well balanced and refreshing. We got the Alabama Sunrise and the Titos Strwberry Lemonade. Their Mac and Cheese balls appetizer were the bomb!The restaurant was clean and well lit and the atmosphere was nice. Would definitly go again.

My experience was horrible the service was very slow and nonexistent, and the food was mediocre. My food was not only dry but I found a bug in my daughter fries. The drinks were very sloppy made and not good at all. I do not recommend this location, it is not managed very well and short staffed.

We came for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. No wait in line and a nice cool clean atmosphere. We opted for the hickory brisket burger, fries, broccoli, and a mini pizzookie strawberry shortcake. Wow, everything was amazing! Our Server-Dani was a super star!!!!

Dined in for a late lunch July 5, hoping for a relaxed enjoyable period of time while dealing with a car purchase and an additional dead vehicle in another location. We sat at the bar. I am a BJ’s regular at 2 other locations (Hurst and Southlake). I was expecting the same exceptional service I receive at these other locations. Service was slow, food items were forgotten and just not the standard I’ve seen at other locations. I have dined here one other time and had a similar experience. Food was fantastic!

the food was phenomenal. I loved every bit of it. however, the waiter, Destinee S., seemed to have an attitude. I completely understand because I used to work in service. But you can NOT have an attitude when you’re just doing your job. You get paid to do this. Her mood was unlikeable and she looked like she was practically ready to quit. I suggest the manager talk to her. I do wish the waiter the best though
