Not pleased at all, was seated and ordered drinks. My boyfriend‘s alcoholic drink had a literal huge fruit fly at the very top of it, and when we complained and said, and obviously pointed it out the waiter that came over, he showed barely any concern and hardly apologized for the matter and then said well we’ll remove it off your tab like that was even a question. We completely left there. Do not eat here they have flies that are served with drinks and disrespectful staff zero stars if we could.
So BJs Brewhouse service team reached out via email stating there Greenwood Location would call in regards to our terrible experience. We are now over a week past with no call or email from there location in regards to the disgusting drinks and terrible service. Goes to show how much they actually care about there customers will no longer be giving my business to any bj brewhouse location do not come here
They forgot the cheese on my chicken parm. The garlic knot was old, cold and hard. The pasta was bad and had no sauce.
Also over cooked my partners steak. They had asked for medium and it came out well done. The fries and asparagus where good however.
For $70 plus not worth the time to come here
We were seated very quickly and had our drink orders taken right then. We looked around and it seemed to have a decent layout. It was a Tuesday night, so it wasn’t that busy and we could hear both the music and our conversation.
We ordered the pretzel with beer cheese and fried couscous for apps. The pretzel was tasty and the cheese was beer-y. The fried couscous was decent, but not worth the price paid. I also bought a beer, which was pretty tasty.
As for the entrées, my wife got the small pizza special with the pizzokie (sp?), and I got the bbq bacon burger. The pizza was tasty but reminded her of an old-school pizza from the Book-it program at Pizza Hut. My burger was okay.. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out well done. Not angry, but if I’m asked about a temperature, I expect it to come out as I want. I got the onion rings as a side and they were both crunchy and wet at the same time. For the approx. $3.50 upcharge, i expected more than 5 rings. Very strange. The pizzokie (sp?) was tasty though!
Overall, the atmosphere was great and the service was decent. The food was not worth the price paid. For a first time, it was not really that memorable and we probably would go somewhere else.

BJs ask to email them, which I did. It’s been a month and they have not responded back to my review experience. Do the email even work that yall sent? And no one has responded back at all. Do yall care about customer experiences? To me you all can not if it’s been over a month and no email response back!
We had such a wonderful experience during our recent visit, and I have to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Alexia. It was my son’s birthday, and she went above and beyond to make it truly special.
Most servers might just drop off the dessert and move on, but Alexia took the time to sing Happy Birthday with me to my son – all on her own. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to both of us. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine smile made our visit memorable.
Alexia didn’t just provide great service – she created a moment we’ll always remember. Thank you for making my son’s day so special!
First, they gave us dirty plates for our appetizer. Thought the plates were styled to look like white marble but then literally just wiped the black/grey off of them. We notified our server, and he got us new plates right away, but that should never have happened in the first place.
Second, I know you shouldn’t order spaghetti at a non-Italian restaurant, but even so, what they served me was a crime. Noodles were not cooked right and had a mushy, gritty texture and the red sauce was flavorless. I was so shocked I had my partner taste it as well just to check if something was wrong with my taste buds. No, just not seasoned. Left most of the pasta untouched and left the to-go box at the table.
My partner also remarked that his burger was not great. He said it looked like the restaurant uses frozen beef patties…
The only reason the review is a 2-star instead of 1 is for the wings we ordered as an appetizer and the pizookie dessert. Those were decent.
