Ordered catering tray of $85 “slow-roasted” tri-tip for Christmas Eve. Don’t be fooled by the picture on the website (included). The pan was maybe 2/3 full of meat which was not pink with the exception of two pieces. End pieces were especially brown and dry. Thankfully we ordered enough other food from other establishments that it didnt ruin dinner. Actually, I cut it up into chunks and made chili with it a couple of days ago and it wasnt bad. Expensive chili though. Won’t be ordering catering from them again.

I order carryout and they butchered the pizookie. It’s a cookie topped with strawberries, whipped cream, and ice cream. As you can see from the photo, we just receive a cookie (which isn’t that great without the toppings). I called the restaurant and they didn’t seem concerned at all. Lesson learned…

Updating 2/12/26- went for lunch. My burger and fries were fine the pizookie was practically inedible due to the sugar cookie being raw. It’s no longer served in a cast iron skillet. Just yuck. Mom ordered a ribeye and baked potato. The potato was cold and hard and ribeye was not cooked to medium and tough. Sent both back and what returned was not much better. I will likely not return to this location. If you go do not order steak. Sadthey used to be great several years ago.

Very disappointing visit on 7/17. We started leave after noticing how dirty the entry and waiting area floor was. The Thursday steak special was terrible! I used to visit frequently for the tri tip but they’ve changed to sirloin. Ordered medium and it was tough and grisly. Sent it back and the replacement wasn’t much better. BF ordered the same but medium well and it was overcooked; he kept it. I felt bad because it was his birthday. My pizookie was underbaked but at that point I wasn’t sending anything else back. Margarita flight was the best part of the meal. BF ordered a Jack and Coke – server failed to say they only have Pepsi products. There’s a difference and it should be mentioned before serving. A different server we chatted with admitted they’re cuts off sirloin have been bad recently and it’s best not to order that. This used to be a favorite consistently good choice for a reasonable meal.

My wife and I eat here at least 3 times a week. We always sit at the bar. Courtney, Eli and Jay are amazing bartenders. They have become our little family. The food is amazing. If there is ever a problem QJ the manager makes sure it’s fixed right away. I highly recommend trying BJ’s out. You will not regret it.

We had a great adult sibling dinner on a Thursday evening and Lily was an amazing server. We would like her every time we come. There was also a $13.99 pizookie meal deal that we both were able to enjoy! We would recommend for sure.

This was our first experience at this restaurant. Nice place. Good food. This was our families thanksgiving get together. We came for the Pizookie and we left with sadzookie. Terrible service. Our waitress at first was nice. Took our drink order. Which she got wrong , and then we didn’t see her again for 45 mins. Still waiting on our correct drink order and refills which we had to ask her for. Then we noticed tables around us having bad service as well. Loree was their server as well. The restaurant wasn’t even busy for our food order to take 45 mins. It was 9pm by the way. Our food was lukewarm when it arrived. Then our dessert orders were wrong. Making us wait even longer. And this whole time she never said I’m sorry for the long wait. The mistakes. Never asking if we needed refills. We didn’t expect perfection but we expect professionalism and common courtesy.

Made an online order and meant to call to change something about my order. I called them when my order was done because I just remembered that I wanted to make that change. The take out service worked with me and didn’t break a sweat about it. Called again to make sure I had the right sauces I wanted and she also made sure that plus my remade order was done! The person’s name that was helping me is Felicity. She was very patient with me and made sure fulfilled every request I had. Thank you so much and the food was great on top of that, I just ordered some boneless wings to go if that matters to anyone!

Let me start by saying my wife and I rarely get the chance to go out on date nights. So when we do, we really look forward to having a night away from the kid and focusing on us. We’d heard great things about BJ’s and were excited to finally try it.

When we arrived, the restaurant was busy but still had several open tables for two. Despite that, we watched multiple tables sit empty for 10–15 minutes before we were finally seated.

Once we were at our table, our server showed up with an attitude right from the start. She seemed frustrated, dismissive, and gave off an overall vibe of not wanting to be there. We ordered an appetizer, and when it finally arrived, it was missing the dipping sauce. We waited for her to check on us, but she never came back. I eventually had to flag down another employee just to get help.

Then our entrées arrived. My fries were overly salted and mushy, my sandwich was falling apart, and there was no ketchup anywhere in sight. My wife’s meal was lukewarm at best, and her garlic bread was hard. We didn’t see our server again until it was time to pay—though by then I had already checked out with the QR code on the table.

Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I’d recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Always a great time at BJ’s. Haven’t been in a while but decided to take a trip and man their food is still good! Service was awesome as we were greeted and seated. Their tri tip was bomb!

Pros
– Food quality was great
– Service was great as well
– No issues with our orders
– Their drink selection was good

Cons
– None that we ran into

Overall great experience, enough tvs to catch a game and not be distracting!

I recently did a $500 catering order through BJ’s for my employees. We ordered 10 pizzzas, burgers and ham sandwiches. All of the pizza’s literally had no sauce, almost no cheese and was the worst tasting pizza I’ve had in my life. We brought one back and asked for a manger to show how poor of quality we were given. Instead of handling the situation she went and got a chef who came out with an attitude and said what’s the problem. We showed him the pizza and his exact words were “our pizza is designed to really have no sauce or cheese so the toppings don’t fall off” what?!! Sauce and cheese are the two most important ingredients. The website literally says sauce and cheese with a picture of a pizza that has plenty. We were treated with nothing but disrespect, they wouldn’t do anything about and even took our pizza we paid for and never gave it back! We will never order from this place again and will also be contacting their corporate office about this. The way this was handled is totally unacceptable. Below is a picture of what they advertise and what we actually got.
