Usually BJ’s doesn’t disappoint however, this visit was not as expected. My cup had something floating in it, which made me unsure whether the ice machine was dirty or the cup was dirty. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I went to eat my food, I opened my napkin to realize I have been given dirty utensils. This is completely unacceptable and can cause someone to get sick.

Overall it was a great dinner and good value for the price. It wasn’t too loud so we were able to enjoy conversation. Wonderful. Service was great. Dinner came quickly. I got the unlimited soup and salad with pizookie for $13.99 and tried each soup/chili and salad. I will say although the pizookie was delicious it was very little. Icecream scoop on top was the size of a melon ball (no exaggeration) and cookie was super thin. Only improvement I would suggest is lighting. It was very dark inside. Including the bathroom.

I just want say our experience was great tonight! We enjoy our time every time we come in but it was only made better by our server Louis! He was attentive but not intrusive we never wanted for anything and when we did he was always available.

I placed a takeout order and I used a different gift card that has a lot of different restaurants you can choose from. The young man helped me get to work this gift card to get to the BJ’s gift card and I really appreciated his help. Hopefully the young man reads this and know this is him I am referring to it was on a Sunday February 15 around 8:30 I had to go back home to get the card and I returned for my food. The manager was very nice also because he also helped me too. I really appreciate the friendly service and patience. Thanks BJ’s I had a great meal ❤️
