She made great recommendations, kept our drinks filled, and checked in at the perfect times without ever being overbearing.

Angela was our server and she was fantastic. Super attentive without hovering, friendly, quick with refills, and made sure everything was exactly right. She really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

We’ve been to BJ’s many times, but this visit truly stood out all because of our server, Angela. She made all the difference. Angela was caring, attentive, and genuinely fun, the perfect balance of professional and personable. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of the entire time.
Our food was absolutely fabulous, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. And the pazookie? It came out so fast, beautifully decorated, warm, gooey, and beyond delicious. The presentation was just as impressive as the taste.
Angela elevated the whole experience from a regular dinner out to something memorable. She is truly what every great server should be, and we will absolutely be asking for her again. If you get Angela, you’re in for an amazing experience!

Had a great experience here! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and came out faster than expected. What really stood out, though, was the service—Ben was our server and he was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and made great recommendations. He checked in at just the right times and clearly cared about making sure we had a good meal. Overall, a really enjoyable visit and we’ll definitely be back.

So this is a mixed review for me. My family started going when I became celiac and I wanted to eat a burger with a bun, which they offer. As far as service goes the host stand has failed to let the server know we were sat a couple times. On other occasions we have had sub par service from the servers themselves. Long wait times for drinks and them to check on the table in general. Now to the food portion of the review. When they can cook a burger or steak under a medium temp the food is juicy and tasty. Unfortunately I’ve only had this type of flavor maybe 3-4 times in year of going. I wish the service and food was consistent because we usually look at each other and ask if we really want to try and deal with everything for food that may or may not be good. I hope they realize they have areas of improvement and can turn the consistency around.

I gave this place another chance. One last time. I just wanted to enjoy a meal. The food was not good my pazookie was half done. They treated me poorly. I was pleasant the whole time. But was treated with no care at all….. I paid with no problem. But I only ordered two things and they both had to be remade. Ashley G was my waiter.

Hand crafted root bear and cream soda were incredible. The pretzel with beer cheese savory and delicious. The strawberry shortcake pizookie I died and went to heaven. This was such a special treat and our server was amazing. She was so attentive and made sure our drinks never emptied. The food came out fast and perfectly paced. The hostess was charming and gave a great first impression for our experience. We will definitely be back for our next date night. I was super impressed. Server was also attentive to my husband’s nightshade intolerance which made the experience even better.

DAVID was our server tonight. He was knowledgable with the menu and had a wonderful personality! Food was good even though they were very busy for Valentine’s Day. Angela didn’t serve our table — she ran it like a Fortune 500 CEO of Hospitality.
I’m convinced she was reading our minds all night. The second my drink hit “one sad sip left,” she appeared out of nowhere like a refill ninja. I blinked and my water was full again. I don’t know how she does it, but I suspect teleportation.
She handled our order — including the “actually can I change that?” people (you know who you are) — without even a flicker of judgment. If there were an Olympic event for gracefully managing chaos, she’d take gold and then politely ask if we needed dessert.
And the vibe? Perfect. Funny without being stand-up comedian energy. Attentive without hovering like a concerned aunt at Thanksgiving. Efficient without making us feel like we were being herded toward the exit.
At one point I’m pretty sure she was covering half the restaurant, training someone, solving world peace, and still somehow keeping our fries hot.
Angela didn’t just do a good job — she understood the assignment. 12/10. Would absolutely request her again. Honestly, I’d trust her to manage my 401(k).
