Have been here several times over the years. It opened with a great staff, great food and an awesome experience. Sadly it has gone down hill in the passed few years. On our last visit, which likely be our very last visit there!, the only thing they didn’t screw up was 1 beer. My wife got a snowman drink…with a long dark hair right on top of the white whipped cream and white marshmallow. Got a diet dr pepper…that was flat as tap water. Seemingly nice server gent apologized again, said he’d get that corrected (thinking he’d get a glass of his own and taste it before be brought the 2nd glass of just as flat as the 1st. Ordered our food…2 burgers. Hers well done, mine medium rare. Food came out…fries on the plate were warm, not hot. Her burger was lile a burnt hockey puck…could bite into it but it took effort and you regretted it cause it was charcoal. My ‘medium rare’ has ZERO pink in it and wasn’t much less burnt than hers was. The manager eventually got involved…we didn’t pay for anything but we also left without an appetite despite an empty stomach.

Was my first time at this restaurant and location. Went on a Sunday. Our server was so sweet and so kind! The restaurant temp was a bit cooler than I’d like it to be. I ordered like a platter of some sort, the salmon dinner a personal pizza and the triple chocolate cookie with ice cream. I would suggest they bring out the food as it is done instead of waiting, since there was a group of seven of us, because some of our food came out cold. The salmon I would get blacked instead of oven roasted next time. The nacho dip was cold. The sliders, mozzarella sticks and fries were hot and good. The dessert was really good!

We went here for our anniversary dinner. Our server was amazing. The food was decent. Building was a little cold but comfortable. I would 100% come back here over other places!

One of the very few local restaurants in the area that serve food late night, can say it is a go-to place for me because of that, but mainly because of the server Diane! She is a true gem to your establishment!! Always extremely helpful and pleasant and so much fun to have as my server when I am there! Sooooo glad to see she is back because she was truly missed! One of the main reasons that not only myself, but many other people return, Diane is a rockstar!

Very Very slow service. Hostess sat us a table, and then told us we had move.
Food is a bit generic, and on the pricey side. The Au Jus sauce was incredibly salty!
Won’t be back.

The menu be vast as the open seas, with burgers, pizzas, pasta, and hearty entrées all served in generous portions fit for a full crew. Everything comes out hot and flavorful, and there be plenty of choices so every matey finds somethin’ they fancy. The atmosphere be lively yet comfortable, and the crew be friendly and attentive, makin’ the whole visit smooth sailin’. Five parrots out of five! — From the strangest reviewer in the seas, leavin’ the table full and satisfied!

This is their “deep dish” pizza – i feel scammed. It was just like a thick pizza that could’ve been from any cheaper pizza chain. They should clarify that this is just a thick crust pizza because that’s not what people expect to get when ordering deep dish!!

This was my first time eating here, my husband ate here before. Our waitress Katie was wonderful she gave us great customer service. I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant and I know what good customer service looks like. I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends and family.

Dinned with my daughter and grandkids. Julie was very accommodating and very kind. We ordered the pretzel tacos salad and clame chowder. All delicious! Clam chowder has hefty chunks. Highly recommend.

Place sucks. First time here.
Am sitting here at bar currently. Bartender is nice enough, and the establishment itself is fine.
Ordered some chicken tortilla soup, it came out lukewarm. Taste was good, not great.
But here’s what really disappointed me:
I ordered the quinoa and grilled chicken dish. My entree came out about 30 seconds after I ordered it (not an exaggeration. It was under 1 minute). I had literally just gotten my soup.
This can only mean 1 thing: my entree was cooked and ready well before I was even in the parking lot. The chicken was that low grade cafeteria-type chicken, and not very hot or moist at all.
I do not believe in wasting food if its at least edible, so I did not send it back.
Also, it is not very busy here, its 2:30 pm on a wednesday, so no excuse for batch cooking food at all.
Don’t come here unless you want a fast food-esque experience for double the cost plus tip. Actually, ive had hotter and fresher food from fast food places.
