To be fair, I am basing this review from my Door Dash order.
I ordered from BJ’s because of the great reviews I saw.
Let me start by saying, I knew that I would have to reheat the food once it arrived to me, because, well it is Door Dash after all. No surprise there.
I ordered the slow roast sandwich with Au jus and a loaded baked potato as my side.
The sandwich was flavorful, but a little on the greasy side, and the Au jus was good. The downfall they didn’t give me the side of creamy horseradish sauce.
Then my loaded baked potato was lacking big time. No butter, No sour cream, no green onion, no salt, and no pepper. Just cheese and bacon. I’m a big loaded baked potato kind of person, so this definitely missed the mark for me.
I really wanted this to be a great meal, but I can’t say that it was.
I feel like the staff that handles the To Go orders really fumbled my order. It was a huge disappointment for me.
I will however, give this place another try…..in person next time. Hopefully I won’t be so disappointed, and I do plan on ordering a baked potato!
My grandson loved the cookie and ice cream dessert.

So, I had the chance to come dine in. I must say, I was impressed. The atmosphere was great. Our server was friendly. The place was very busy.
We ordered some adult beverages, they had the vodka I love, which is Belvedere, only top shelf when I have a drink or 2. We also ordered some wings and a pizza.
The wings were really good the pizza was very tasty, but it just wasn’t hot by the time it hit the table. I won’t hold it against the server, he was pretty slammed.
I will definitely come back to BJ’s when I am in the area.

First time ever trying BJ’s in Fort Myers unaware it was a chain and they’ve been around for 50 years. My daughter attends college locally in Fort Myers and wanted to try them out forever. We went there today. Had the pleasure of a great server named James who was very patient with us went over the menu made recommendations was very patient as we reviewed the menu. Met the manager Daniel, who gave us the history of the company. Pretty cool to know they’ve been around for 50 years. We started with mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, so many and we loved them. There was a lot my daughter wanted but she settled on chicken Parmesan and pasta which came with two big pieces of chicken. She thought it was excellent. I forget the name of my sandwich but it was like a BLT with blackened grilled chicken on toast and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it. James was super kind since it was our first visit gave us a small sample of their most famous dessert Pizookie. My daughter chose a safe option of a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream on top. Seeing they have great Monday through Friday food deals she’ll be back with her boyfriend and will sample other choices that she saw today. Great atmosphere, clean, well lit,and TVs for football on Sunday. All of the staff was super friendly and awesome !! Big shout out to James for being a great server and Daniel was an awesome representative as the manager. Go eat there asap !!

We came to BJs expecting good food, but it was average. We ordered a sampler platter to start with, it came at the same time as the main dishes. The chips they served us were soggy & dripping with oil. Not sure why the kitchen didn’t care. The chicken Parmesan ordered was very dry as well The spaghetti pasta was overcooked. However the server was very friendly and accommodating.
I think for the price we paid we could have eaten better food somewhere else.

The wife & I were extremely impressed by both the service & food at this BJ’s.
We have 3 little boys & the kids menu 100% met their needs. Kids loved the boneless Buffalo wings & spaghetti.
Our server’s name was Asia, and she was/is amazing. Very accommodating & knowledgeable.
The Wife & I both got different Burgers, and they stole the show…PERFECTLY cooked with a lil pink inside (yesh) and high quality ingredients…the Jalapeno Popper burger was the consensus winner. And the fries…perfectly cooked & seasoned. My wife & kids loved them.
Highly recommend.

The picture for the pepperoni extreme pizza made me have to try it that $31.50 price for a 15 inch pizza is way too much but on Monday the $20 special was right on the pizza just like the picture had crazy amount of pepperoni and excellent crust, but I had to search very hard to find any trace of cheese whatsoever. I would give it a nine out of 10 if it had even a fair amount of cheese, but this might have been the least amount of cheese I have ever seen on a pizza before I was happy with every aspect of my experience, except for the sad amount of cheese on a pizza.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at BJ’s. One of the staff had spilled my food as they were putting it on the table, so they rushed back to make another for me. To apologize for the inconvenience, they took both the original and replacement food entirely off the bill. If that was not enough, they also gave me a gift card! This kind of service deserves our business. They have great food that was out in a timely manner. As far as pricing, there are not many deals out there better than the $13 pizookie meal deal.

Not my first time going and every time it’s amazing. Got seated quickly, and the server came quickly. She was very helpful and kind, there was an issue with my food because of a seasoning I can’t have and they remade my meal without it without an issue. Despite it being busy, the service was quick.

We came for dinner. My husband got the Ahi salad like he had a few months back and I went with the pork chop. There was less Ahi on his plate this time. He also said it was tougher, chewier and had less flavor than before. Ahi is usually tender and never tough unless it is a lower quality or not a very good cut. Whatever the case, he was definitely not as happy with his meal this time. Both Ahi pics are below. My pork chop was slightly tender and juicy but I did order it med well instead of medium. The broccoli cheddar soup was hot and cheesy, however there was really no broccoli in it. I can say the soup had a few very small pieces of broccoli stems in there and specks of the florets. They have a full bar with wine, and spirits so theres something for everyone. The old fashioned was ok and the nitro I had was not bad. We both enjoyed the dessert. Nice and chocolatey. There were a couple big parties so our service was pretty laxed until they larger parties were almost done but it was ok. Neither of us were as impressed this time as we were our 1st time here.

Ordered the prime rib sandwich which the menu pics show as pink – medium rare. I called ahead after placing my togo order to ensure it would be pink and at best, med rare. They guaranteed it. Picked up the order and the meat was overcooked and crispy, and the cheese and bun were burnt. For $22+ …!!!???!!! Insane. Not to mention, hardly any meat. Went back and spoke to Mgr AshLynn(?) – which offered a refund or remake. The quantity nor quality of the sandwich was worth a redo. I opted for the refund and brought the food back. She apologized but didn’t seem too apologetic for the waste of my time and terrible lunch experience, 2 trips. Poor customer service and not even inviting back customers for better experiences. Also, wasn’t refunding me until later, at the end of the night she said. My order was picked up 230pm, I returned at 320pm – but she couldn’t see making me or my terrible experience a priority and taking care of me until the end of her night???!!! Can’t say we’ll back. It’s just 1 bad experience after another here. The last 1 was on a bday with the salmon tasting like a salt lick! Don’t recommend.

This was our first time we were warmly greeted. Our bartender Naya explained to us the all the different types of beers, was more than willing to give us a couple samples and when we have questions about the menu she was very helpful telling us what some of the best were and what was gonna be sweet what was gonna be spicy or hot. We definitely will come back again.
