Just don’t ever order take out from the place and you’ll be fine. First of all… I love the food at this restaurant and I eat here regularly which only makes my disappointment more palpable. This review is specifically in reference to your customer service and take out orders. I have made multiple in house suggestions and given feedback through your website several times before publicly posting this. I did not receive a reply. Your staff is incredibly careless with your take out orders. My food has been burned, tossed around, I’ve been given incorrect food and my requests are never followed. Your take out is awful plain and simple EVERY time I get food to go here I regret it. I request silverware and you don’t give it. I ask for honey mustard and no tomatoes on a salad and get blue cheese with tomatoes. My cookies are charred and destroyed. My orders regularly are completely incorrect. The word incompetent doesn’t begin to convey my opinion on your take out staff. My last order was wrong but I still ate it with the exception of the cookie… which I chucked because I honestly couldn’t believe it was served to a customer like this. It looked half eaten or tossed around and just destroyed altogether, much like the rest of the incorrect order. Word of advice from a regular… get your act together or lose valuable customers.

Great quality and great tasting food. Excellent beer, wine, and cocktail options. I’m a huge fan of the pizza. My husband loves the meat. Any way BJ’s serves it. Look for daily specials on food and drinks. The restaurant is beautiful and clean .

First time visiting this restaurant chain. I have not heard of this restaurant until 3 weeks prior. Joseph, our server was awesome! The sweet potato fries was a bit charred, but the wings were delicious

We had the best experience at this BJs that we ever have had. Sometimes we have been here and service was disappointing….Slow with a capital S. Today that was no problem. Our waiter was attentive and polite and there weren’t any long waits. We had all ages (kids through seniors) in our party and everyone was delighted. The BJ Brewhouse Bowl with salmon was outstanding. The chicken parmigiana and Mediterranean Chicken were great too. The kids meals were just average. The best part was the beers. We tried several and all were excellent. We will be back to this BJs Brewhouse again sometime soon. To cap it off, we shared some fantastic desserts… A Pizzookie and a huge chocolate brownie a la mode.

So, my overall experience here was just ok. The ambiance of the place is nice but the food I feel is mediocre, the only thing I really enjoyed were the macaroni and couscous balls I ordered from the appetizers menu. From the drinks down to the the pizza I order it wasn’t really that good for my first impression of this establishment. I really had high hopes but those hopes were met with disappointment.

Ordered through Uber eats soup and salad combo, Mini veg pizza, orange cream soda. Soup was supposed to be tomato bisque instead received a half filled container of what looked like chili. (I can’t eat meat) pizza was ok, the size of a Pizza Hut personal pan you get on the turnpike except double the price. Orange cream soda delivered warm had no ice. Also no utensils or napkins. Meh!

The best part is the $10 menu! Big portions and very delightful. They also have $5 beers for happy hour and the margarita flights are fire. We came during lunchtime and it was quiet. Not too lay people. Our server was great and quick. We got our food and drinks in a blink. I will definitely be back here to try more of their $10 menu items.

Great experience. In town visiting family. Waiter was fantastic and so was the food. Most impressively manager came by to make sure everything was great. I believe Larry was his name. Top notch food and service will definitely return next time back in the area.

This restaurant needs to learn how to greet customers at the door. We waited 10 minutes before being greeted. Our Waitress forgot we existed. we had to ask 3 times to get our drinks. the drink was then flat and we waited 20 minutes for her to return to ask for a different drink which she then forgot to bring for 15 minutes. it was the worst service I have ever experienced. the food was great. My pizza was excellent. My wife enjoyed her food. but I also watched 2 other parties leave after waiting 15 minutes with no greeting. and they had the staff and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. lots of young staff on their phone and standing around and talking. This place needs a service coach. Because it doesn’t matter how good the food is. ill never go back.
