First time here and we tried the appetizer sampler with wings(we got boneless), chips and a dip, mozzarella sticks, and sliders. One of the sliders came without a patty which I thought was HILARIOUS Our server Theresa got it fixed immediately and she was so sweet:) honestly such a funny moment. BUT THE PIZOOKIE?!?!? SO GOOOOOOD. Would’ve ate the whole thing if I hadn’t already unbuttoned my pants from the food eaten:0

Honestly, don’t waste your time. My coworkers and I made a lunch trip out here, for a late lunch around 1:30. We had a group of 12 so we waited about 10 minutes for our table- no problem at all! Our server was ok, he took our drink order, and about 10 minutes later they came out, all soft drinks. Food came out relatively quickly, but was lackluster at best. Inconsistent food temps, no refills, no bussing. Server was gone for 15 minutes at a time although restaurant was mostly empty. Dirty, unbussed tables, no soap in any of the dispensers in the women’s restroom. Very dirty, and not one employee seemed to want to be there. I get it, I used to hate working in restaurants too. That’s why I don’t do it anymore. Don’t treat people coming in like they are personally ruining your day. Not a good look. Wont be back.

3 stars, and that might be generous. This place has no identity and its needs more light or color inside. The food (shared the Deep Dish Chicken Nachos and Pepperoni Pizza) was good, but nothing stood out. The service was super slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I hear they have some good happy hour specials, but not on Saturday when I was there. I give this place hard pass unfortunately. Judge for yourself?

I orginally went in a few weeks ago, and the service was terrible, i waited 15 mins for drinks 45 mins for a refill, after an hour i got up and walked out. I was with two other coworkers. We decided to
Try it again 12/8, and the manger Shelby and server Ben Boedigheimer went over and beyond to make my experience amazing. Had our drinks swiftly and constant refills, appetizers were hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Ben had are meals the correct temperature and had condiments on time. He was friendly very informative about the menu. Had our food to us swiftly and dessert was amazing. Will recommend to co workers and friends! 10/10 service.

This was my first time here. I came for the Pizookie but was unimpressed and doubt I will return versus all the other great options close by. I ordered the Triple Chocolate Pizookie Made with Ghirardelli and a Big Twist Pretzel with Beer Cheese. The Pizookie’s flavor was on point but the freshness and texture were not. Even though I ate it at the restaurant and right away it still tasted crusty, stale and not that warm. I was expecting something that would be soft, warm, and comforting and I did not get it. I liked the pretzel, beer cheese and mustard and finished all of them so that I would get that again. The pretzel was hot, fresh and salty as it should have been. I also tried BJ’s vanilla cream soda. It was okay but coke’s orange cream tastes better so I would not get BJ’s again either. The service was fine and so was the atmosphere and facility.

Rachel was our server and she was wonderful.

The food was delightful as always.
We went the Saturday before Christmas and even though the crowds were everywhere and everything seemed extra busy, the atmosphere and service was top notch and we were welcomed and served near immediately.

I would personally recommend their Ribeye. It’s an excellent and was cooked exactly as I requested.

Chase took care of us on New Year’s Eve. It was our first visit and he made us feel very welcome and had a fun personality. We had linguini Alfredo with chicken, roasted salmon and the macaroni balls as an appetizer. I splurged and had the Lucky Ducky drink because hello… New Year’s Eve. Not my usual drink order and it’s strong so only one bathtub full. I took the bathtub home ($10) as a souvenir and told my daughter that when I die I want people to toast me with the bathtub lol. We ended the night with the monkey bread Pzcookie(so?) you should make room for one of these. We took half our entrees home so we had room to share this. Ordered it with hot fudge and caramel on the side. Every bite is worth the calories. Chase deserves every tip he gets. Wheelchair accessible table and very roomy restaurant made it very welcoming and accessible for my daughter who uses a wheelchair. Food was great, people were even better.

The food was a bit cold but it was expected on this Valentine’s Day. Our server Ben was very consistent with checking on us, making sure we were satisfied with our orders. Ben was also giving us updates on our food while we enjoyed our appetizer! Ben recommended great beverages as well! Food was like eh, something about pepperoni extreme wasn’t so “extreme”, skimping out on the pepperoni. My boyfriend ordered Italian chicken parmigiana, which was barely warm when it came out. Of course it isn’t up to our server but we weren’t expecting to eat barely warm food. The sweet and spicy Asian glaze on boneless wings was a 10/10!!

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to our waiter. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He checked in at just the right times, made thoughtful recommendations, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. It is rare to come across someone who clearly cares so much about the people they serve. His positive attitude truly made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back.

Ben was the host who welcomed me to BJ’s and then became my server. We shared genuine laughs and his service was impeccable. It’s been a year since I dined here it was great to have such a pleasant experience.

I ordered the Kickin Chicken sandwich with fries and a Pepsi. He ensured everything was as I ordered.

If he was my server everytime, he definitely would get all my reserved tip money!

Thank you Ben!!
