We were in the mood for pizza so we ordered a $30 bundle with pizza, pizookie, and two sodas. There was a genuine moment of silence when we got home and opened the pizza box because…..what?? Felt like we ordered a sloppy personal pan from Pizza Hut. Rest in peace to those $30 we spent.
I have since seen a review that said the deep dish pizzas are just extra-thick dough with minimal toppings, and another review saying there is nothing “extreme” about the extreme pepperoni pizza. I see that both are true. The dough is bland and thick, not even a hint of garlic or anything, instead of an actual deep dish pizza. I know food is never exactly like the photo but like…..come on.
We ordered curbside but when we arrived and tried to check in the website says curbside is actually not offered. Uhh okay sure thing. I went inside & the staff were very helpful and friendly, even with a lot going on. The order was ready pretty quickly too. We just felt a bit scammed by the pizza tbh.

This pizza was simply just not good. I’ve lived in Chicago and had real tavern style and deep dish and this tavern style just didn’t taste good. Barely any sauce, pepperoni was falling off. However the drink was good and the service was very good. I was excited to try a new pizza place but this just isn’t it.

i wanted to take a second and address how amazing our server was. kris was so very kind and never skipped a beat when it came to all of his tables. he adheres to every individual table’s pace of service and figures out how to put in the order exactly how you want it to curate the exact dinner you’re looking for. thank you so much, kris, for making our birthday night out special !

easily one of the worst locations i have been to. It’s unfortunate because we love the BJ’s in our home town!
We came in with a larger party, and had some younger kids. We understand especially on a Saturday night things can get chaotic at restaurants, we accepted that there would be a bit of a wait. Even though we made the reservation almost a month in advance, we waited almost an hour for our orders to be taken. We had to ask for silverware and no one was offered any refills, after almost 2 hours we finally got our food.The chicken on the salad we purchased was rubbery and undercooked, and when we asked to get it removed from the bill we were met with “We can give you 50% off since you ate more than half.” We in fact did not eat more than half, some of the lettuce was eaten but the chicken wasn’t touched. When we asked the server for the managers name, she snapped at us and said, “I cannot give you her name.” eventually the manager, Miranda, came to our table, extremely worked up and defensive. Saying things like, “You are coming at me” “You are threatening my job” “We had ‘a thousand’ people in the restaurant tonight” when all we asked was to be given her name…There was absolutely no effort to listen to us, and work with us. We were more than happy to work with the team, and would have understood if a particular policy didn’t allow for the meal to be comped, but there was absolutely zero effort from Miss Miranda to work with us and provide any sort of assistance. It seemed that all she cared about was throwing fault on everyone and everything except the restaurant she was managing. After going back and fourth with her, we paid the bill and moved on. All this over some chicken on a $15 salad? All meals combined we easily paid over $600, and it was one $15 salad that we asked to be removed because the chicken appeared unsafe to eat.

Albert was amazing! We were his first table to serve after training. I haven’t been to BJs in awhile and he put a smile on my friends and I faces. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The limited edition flavor, chocolate Dubai martini and pizookie was amazing! Thank you Albert for being a phenomenal waiter!

Very disappointing experience. The manager of this store doesn’t seem to know the store’s own birthday reward policy. Birthday rewards are supposed to be valid for 7 days after the birthday, but he refused when the kids went to redeem it.
The kids were excited and didn’t even realize he was the manager. They asked another staff member, who followed the policy and allowed the birthday reward. However, after some time the manager came back and forced the kids to pay for something that the staff had already given them as a birthday reward.
The kids got scared and paid, even though they were told it was free. This was handled very poorly and left a bad impression. A manager should know the store policy and should not pressure kids after another employee already approved the reward.

Harmony was an amazing waitress! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in at just the right times, knew the menu well, and made great recommendations. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and she kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her customers—she definitely made our experience better. We’ll be hoping to have her again next time!

I had a wonderful experience at BJ’s! My server, Albert was friendly, pleasant and professional. He ensured my order was taken timely and he continued to keep check on me throughout my visit. He gave great recommendations and checked my rewards so I could get my free Pazookie! Everyone was friendly and professional. The atmosphere is always a good vibe and the food was amazing! I ordered the Brewhouse Bites Sampler and it was soooo good! I can’t wait to come back!

What a great place to do work lunches and hang put with friends. The atmosphere is laid back and chill. The menu options are very appealing and service was prompt and efficient. The vast options suggested on the menu made ot hard to choose. They all looked tempting. The pomegranate margarita was a hit at our table. We did go during a late lunch hour so we didnt deal with a packed house, but overall a very pleasant experience. I do recommend this restaurant.
