Being a vegetarian, this is one of the most visited place for me . I have been going to BJ’s for almost 5 years now. I have tried in Houston, San Diego and now in Virginia, None of them disappointed us. This location was also good and kept the BJ’s standard. The server patiently took our order and served everything hot.

As usual a good menu, friendly staff and good food. Think they may a little short staffed these days. There was about s 10/15min wait and the restaurant wasn’t very full. Our waiter could have been a little bit more attentive. Failed yo clear the table as things were used and failed to bring things we needed. Advice: pass on the ahi tuna tacos. Good but to hard to eat, gets messy.

Went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t very crowded. I ordered the prime rib special and it took around 15 minutes for the server to come back and tell me they were out. I ordered the ribeye rare and it came out well done. Service was horrible so I had to track down another server to get my bill. I won’t be back….

We came in for a dinner after a long week, and this is by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a BJ’s. The waiter Ryan was so personable and made fantastic recommendations for food and drinks. The food was amazing and so fresh. The drinks were super tasty and exactly what we needed. And I was practically buzzing from the service alone. Absolutely will be coming back.

I love BJs and have been to them all over but this location was BY FAR the worst location I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful and convenient location but from here on out, I will drive the extra miles to the Vienna location which is on the polar opposite spectrum – being practically perfect every time I go.

Great place for gluten free. They double down on the “no responsiblity” clause by saying gluten sensitive. They’ve got a ton of options including sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. Their featured desert has a gluten sensitive variant (cookie a la mode).

I submitted an online order yesterday at 6:30 and it was scheduled to be ready at 7. When I got to restaurants at 7, the staff looks confused and say they don’t have my order even though I have an email stating that my order was a success. Then the manager comes out and says – oh yea this is an order fail because we only have one pork chop and not two. I understand the current shortages and lack of inventory, but what I don’t understand is why no one called, text or emailed me that my order wasn’t going through. When I asked the manager why I hadn’t been contacted her response was – well we don’t know about the issue until the customer shows up. She offered to make me something else, but I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. At this point, I have hungry parents and two hungry kids. I don’t have 30 minutes to wait when I planned everything based on the time they gave me. It’s unacceptable to me that you wouldn’t reach out to customers if you have issues. You instead just wait for them to show up and disappoint them. I’ll take my $125 order elsewhere.
