The service here was faster than the Flash on a coffee break. I had barely secured my perimeter at the bar when I was greeted by an operative named Mackenzie. Within one minute of being seated, she had established contact, initiated a full briefing on the daily specials, and checked my credentials for the rewards program. Her tactical suggestions on the menu were elite, showing a level of preparedness that suggests she might have spent some time training in the shadows herself.
The atmosphere is a sensory overload in the best way possible. The wall of televisions provides enough intelligence gathering to monitor every game in the tri-state area simultaneously. Whether you’re here for a deep-dive into their extensive beer list or a quick extraction with a salad and a cocktail, the environment is secure, clean, and highly efficient.
Detective Tips:
Join the Pub Club. As Mackenzie suggested, being a rewards member is the only way to ensure your utility belt stays heavy while your bill stays light.
The One-Minute Rule: If you’re looking for a quick turnaround, the bar area is the place for rapid deployment. The greeting speed here is top-tier.

BEWARE OF:
Screen Fatigue: With so many monitors, you might find yourself distracted by a golf tournament when you should be focused on your fries. Maintain your focus.
The Sugar Crash: The Pizookie is a formidable opponent. It’s delicious, but it has the power to sideline even the most disciplined vigilante for a post-meal nap.
Peak Hour Traffic: This sector gets busy during the “prime time” window. Infiltrate early to secure a high-vantage point at the bar.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at BJ’s, thanks especially to our amazing server, Nora! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our visit special.

I had been waiting so long to finally try the limited-time Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, and when Nora told me it had technically ended the day before, I was so disappointed. But she went above and beyond and checked with the kitchen just in case — and they were able to make one! It was hands-down the best dessert I’ve ever had, and the highlight of my entire meal.

The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and Nora truly made the experience memorable with her kindness and extra effort. We will absolutely be back — and we’ll be asking for Nora again! Highly recommend BJ’s and especially this outstanding server.

Prices aren’t bad. Food isn’t bad. Service was really bad. Really. Not asked if we a wanted a booth or table…plenty of both were open. Had to ask 3 times to order. Tea came with no sugar or spoon [no offers of drink refills]. Burger and fries no ketchup. Asked for the bill, was passed by several times before card machine was brought. It wasnt crowded and several servers were on the floor. Baffling.

Food- Smash burger – swimming in velveta like cheese – overwhelmingly.
Avocado wraps- really tasty.

Maybe it was a new person….but…cant recommend the place.

Today, Saturday January 31st, I visited BJ’s and unfortunately had my first bad experience. I don’t know if there’s a new chef or if something went wrong in the kitchen, but the food was terrible. It was burnt, had a bad taste, and the presentation was sad and careless. This is not what I expect from this place, especially after having good experiences in the past.

The draft beer are all overpriced, especially for a brewhouse.
The famous Pizookie is very tasty, but way too sweet!
The calamari taste okay, but the portion was too small, not a good value.
The Slow-Roasted Sirloin was the most disappointing one. Requested rare but was told the kitchen can do medium rare at most. The actual sirloin was “medium done”. Overcooked and hard. Not good taste either. Barely edible. Definitely NOT worth the money. Won’t order this again.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch before going to the mall next door. Seated myself at the high top and had a hop storm ipa and mocktail. Bartender provided excellent service and was friendly. The bbq bacon cheeseburger was one of the best burgers I har ever gad and definitely want to come back out there for the food and beer.

We attended the “Beer Dinner” which was a five course dinner paired with a selection of seven different beers. Overall it was an excellent experience, though the appreciation for the event depended on one’s perspective. The star of the show were the beers, and those in our party who are beer drinkers enjoyed and appreciated the selection presented. The staff did an excellent job of describing each beer with an expertice that would make a Cicerone proud. Not appreciating the nuances of beer tasting, however, my focus was the food. That too did not dissapoint and the overwhelming takeaway was excellent value for the money. For each course BJs higlighted selections from thier menu, from Spinach and Artichoke dip, to pan pizza, to chicken and ending with thier pizookie. (Sic?) Everything was fantastic except for the chicken which was a little dry. Having been to inumerable banquets over the years it perfectly personified the proverbiable “rubber chicken.” It wssnt bad, it was just mediocre, which stood out because all of the rest of the food was excellent. I should also point out the service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were treated as special guests, an atmosphere that continued throughout the evening. Service was personal and effecient, especially as i said the serving of each beer course. I should probably say the presentation of each beer course. Each one was accompanied with an extensive description. Very impressive. Overall i highly recommend and when the next one comes around we will make it a point to attend!

First time ever coming here and can’t wait to come back! Service from the bartender, Ryan I believe his name was, was very helpful and attentive. Everyone seemed friendly working there and just a great environment altogether. The food was delicious and I love the variety of foods you can get from the menu! The prices are very fair too. Dessert was probably the best thing, super fresh and tasty. Excited to be back again! Highly recommend coming if you’re in the area.

After waiting we were seated and able to get appetizers and drinks pretty quick. That’s where the positives end. For being seated after the dinner rush was over the food took almost an hour for just two of us. When we did get our food my girlfriend’s steak was supposed to be medium and was served pretty much raw. The sides of both of us were luke warm at best. The tri tip was okay but the shrimp scampi was completely flavorless and cold. For garlic butter sauce I tasted no garlic and no butter. Service was also extremely slow to top it off. We came for my girlfriend’s birthday since she had been here before and was looking forward to the bazookie dessert. By the time it was time for dessert neither one of us wanted to give the place any more money than we had to. Would not recommend this place.

The place was just ok for us. The high price is not justified for the quality of the food. Could not order baked potatoes oven was broken. Food takes an incredibly long time to arrive. The dessert was the best part and if we return it would probably just be for pizza and desserts.
