The staff here was nice and friendly. What I assumed were regulars showed up and chatted a bit, which is always a good sign. Place looks nice and antique. Like they know how to cook an old school burger. Which, to be fair, they do. Te burger was good enough, not bad in any way but not anything special in any regard. I will say the whole burger had a crunch to the edge what I found enjoyable. The fries were run of the mill. You definitely go for the burger.
I paid 30 for one burger, fries and a drink. And I thought I overpaid. But in retrospect, its a large burger. Enough for 2 servings, at least for me. This is a place where you go if you want a bug amount of food reasonably fast and reasonably priced. Pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the 1 lb hamburger and split it with my nieces and nephew, and BJ’s even cut it into four pieces for us, which was such a thoughtful and family-friendly touch. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything came out fast and fresh. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. This place has character, consistency, and that comfort-food quality that keeps locals coming back. 20$ for A JR CHEESEBURGER when that should be 8$ on the menu
The family fries on menu says 6.50
And got charged 8$
And then you get charged an extra random fee for using your card, ON TOP OF THE TAXES FOR THE TOTAL.
So somehow 2 burgers and 1 fry just got me 54$ and it’s absolutely not worth it.
Brought it up to them and she just looked at me and went “yeah”.
Like you could refund me half the money you randomly just took?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went there at 7:30, and their time says they close at 8:30. We pulled up and were waved away by the lady at the window while she was talking on her phone. Was excited to try it but after this, they don’t deserve our money.

We have been life long Bj lovers but really don’t eat out much these days. We decided that what we wanted for dinner. I was told they only have 1 size of burger $20 single patty. I asked if any of the prices on the menu were correct I was told no. I asked for an updated menu with the right prices I was told no updated menu with new prices. Very disappointed in the customer service and no updated prices , lady at the window was rude

We went and noticed there is no menu. The girl mumbled something. Then proceeded to charge 30$ for a burger fries and drink. I then told her nevermind give me a refund. She said oh no we don’t do that. What??!!! Never again. Worst customer service ever!!! Sad

Definitely recommend this place. The food was so good and was cooked to order so it was a little wait but not to bad for the hot fresh food. it is reasonably priced for the food we got the jalapeno double burgers, and the chili cheese fries, my kids got regular burgers and chicken tender dinner and everything was cooked to perfection. the lady that took our order was very kind. I give it a 10 out of 10

This woman continues to work and RUN OFF good business. She is horrible. The request was for a BJ Cheese Burger with mayo/mustard on the side, instead of on burger. She refused to take order. She then FLAT OUT LIED to owner, Gilbert after she was confronted. She made up a different scenario saying the order was for one quarter to have a condiment then the other quarters. That’s ridiculous. Gilbert and I have known each other for 32 yrs. We had ALWAYS enjoyed BJ’s Drive in specialty burger . This woman in this picture is the DESTRUCTION of his life long business. PERIOD
