Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here! Any pub that can boost its longevity past 60+ years clearly has something going right. The atmosphere was terrific, and the food was even more so. Not a huge pizza fan anymore, but when the crust is made on-site, the sauce is made on site, and the sausage is too (!!) it is easy to see this place will continue to stand the rest of time!

Best Pizza in St. Louis is in North County at BJs!! We had a plain cheese…cause that’s how you know….and the Meat Lover’s. Crust, sauce, and sausage ALL made in-house! Get you some Genie, owner, uses her mom’s original recipe from 1963 when BJ’s opened. Keep rocking that pizza Genie and fam! It’s Amazing

You don’t often come across a place like this in the era of franchised and corporate sports bars. BJ’s is a neighborhood tavern that’s been in business since 1955. The pizza made here is some of the best I’ve ever eaten. You don’t want to miss it. I’ve been a patron since the early 80’s. I moved away from St. Louis in 1989 and whenever I get back in town, it’s on my “must see” list of favorite places to eat, drink some long necks, and leave with a very happy belly!

awesome. we had not been to this establishment in many years. upon arrival we had been greeted by the owner. she made us feel very welcome. the drinks come in big Mason jars. and, the food is really good. 5 stars!
