If it weren’t for the employees being so rude this place would be 5 stars. Most of the staff is rude and when I asked the bakery staff named Mercedes to just spray color on the cupcakes I purchased and she said “we need 24 hours advance notice to spray paint the cupcakes “. I have never had an issue before but now all of a sudden that can’t be done!? It’s a less than 5 min thing to do!

“I had a very disappointing experience at this BJ’s store recently. The signs were consistently misplaced, and despite informing the staff, no one was sent to correct the issue. When I raised concerns about incorrect prices, the manager, Roseline, responded dismissively, saying, ‘Just remove it and pay for the rest.’ This level of service is unacceptable and needs improvement.”

Curbside pick up is a joke. People use the designated spots as regular parking. I really hate shopping in the Bronx/Pelham. I got into a fight over a spot and ended up giving it to them even though they didn’t need it. They proceeded to go inside the store.

It’s always a good deal when i go to this club and never have issues. Free parking is always a great thing, and free internet i like to do express buy because it does get very busy here. Lots of carts, parking is always good for me, but can be carzy at times, people park any and everywhere… they dont give a shit. Lol got to love the bronx.

Management to deliver a load of water is a joke! He kept letting other trucks in with less pallets in front of the trucks with set appt times… They have to wait in line like everybody else does

Has everybody noticed BJ’s has been raising their prices so much that now it’s equal to or past your local supermarket prices? This is why 90% of BJ’s stock item expiration dates are about a week or so, customers are shopping less there. Supermarket regular stock item expiration dates are about a month or more due to customers shopping there more often. Do the research yourself and do a comparison.

I hate coming to this Bj’s with a passion but since my girlfriend prefers not to drive to Scarsdale or even Palisades Bj’s. Just like the guy’s review that said the prices have gone up, it’s also been proven by me that the prices in the Bronx Bj’s are wayyy more higher on a lot of items such as milk than the prices in any Westchester Bjs; can you say discrimination? When you ask a manager at a Bj’sthey will say every Bj’s is operated by different owners. Funny thing is that all Westchester prices are the same in Westchester and all prices in all the Bronx Bj’s are the same. Can’t remember the last time I was at a Bj’s in New Jersey to compare those prices but most likely they’ll benefit the white folks that shop and live there. smh ♂️

This place used to be great especially at the height of covid 19. It was clean and well stocked. It must be under new management because they are a complete 180 now. The place is filthy, disorganized and several things are missing. No more cashiers either….I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
