We came here in February. So much fun Being able to cook everything yourself right at the table makes the whole experience even better. The meats were top-tier fresh, juicy, and full of flavor and every single thing we tried was delicious.
This is the kind of spot that makes you forget you’re in Vegas for a second If you want to get off the Strip and eat really well, this place is a must. We left stuffed, happy, and already planning a return.

This was my first time visiting this place. The atmosphere was nice. The service was pretty good. They offer Korean BBQ with an option of having sushi as well. We only had the Korean BBQ and it did hit the spot. Will definitely come back here again. Maybe next time I’ll try their sushi.

Biwon would be a three-star establishment in most of the country however, in Las Vegas it’s definitively a two-star restaurant. It pales against most of its competition.
None of the nigiri sushi items were very impressive. I sprang for the highest tier wagyu and all of the wagyu items were chewy and not that great. You would not be missing out on anything.
In fact all of the meats I received were mediocre. The marinated short rib aka LA Kalbi, was the thinnest most pathetic cut I’ve seen in a long time. See the photo.
Given the options that are around the area I would not prioritize Biwon.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were told the wait time would be about 45 minutes, and we were willing to wait. Our group had 8 people, and they said they didn’t have a table for 8, so we agreed to split into two tables to be seated faster.
However, even after doing that, other groups were seated before us, and the staff told us it was because they had fewer people. This was extremely frustrating and unfair, especially since we had already been waiting longer.
We were there with 4 young children, waited almost 50 minutes, and were still told we had to continue waiting. There was no consideration for families with kids and no clear or fair system for seating guests.
The service was very poor, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. We will not be come back

Highly recommend this restaurant. We walked in around 1pm with no reservation this Sunday and were seated immediately. I didn’t get her name but our server was so friendly and attentive. We choose the cheaper set A. There were a lot of fun different appetizers to choose from. We enjoyed the thin sliced pork belly and garlic beef belly. Overall a great kbbq spot and i will be back next time im in Vegas!

love this place! amazing for big groups 🙂 very attentive and good food. we came here as a group of 11 and they were quick to sit us down. some of us haven’t been to a kbbq experience before so our server started us with a meat sampler. i can’t wait to come back!!

Second time coming here and still love it! Great meats, great sushi and great service! Gabriel was our server on a super busy Saturday night. He was friendly, patient and just had good vibes overall.
Parking lot is small and only has one entrance/exit, which should not be an issue on a weekday, but you can imagine weekends. Took us 15-20 mins of camping to secure a spot. Good thing they
partnered with Palace Station and Paseo Plaza (where McDonalds is) for additional parking.

This was my first time here, and my second time at KBBQ overall. This was such a pleasant experience! Especially our server, Gabriel, who was absolutely amazing. Not only was he attentive to our table, but he was also hilarious. He made our experience 110% more fun and exciting. All of the staff also seemed very efficient and had great attitudes. Wonderful night, thank you all so much, and thank you Gabriel!!!

The restaurant has an interesting layout with the sushi bar being in a separate area, and the main grill area being in another, and the bar also being in a separate area but you can order from anyone of the areas.
We dined in the main grill area and were treated incredibly well, I immediately advised the waitress I had no idea how the menu worked, she elaborated everything very simply and I felt like it was easy to navigate once I got a grasp.
The food was absolutely incredible! Sushi was brilliantly crafted and fresh!
The servers were very kind and quick about bringing items out.
The price is probably the best in Vegas for this style of food coming in around 25-40$
We left feeling fantastic and cannot wait to return.

This place never disappoints. Great value and food. Staff are always coming around and asking if you need anything. The #1 thing is there on it with the grills you don’t have to ask him to come and change them out so no burnt grills here. They are also family friendly.
