Social Profile:

Bite a Bagel is a family owned and operated bagel store featuring bagels, variety of homemade flavored cream cheese and made to order grilled breakfast and lunch sandwiches. We do not use a microwave to cook your breakfast sandwich! Our bagel dough is not made on premise, but is shipped in from a company who has mastered their family recipe, originally from NY! We then proof overnight, season and steam bake them fresh every morning on site. For lunch we serve Boars Head TM meats and cheeses made to order along with daily specialty bagel sandwiches, including bagel burgers. We look forward to serving the community and providing you with a quality breakfast and lunch alternative. We appreciate your business.

I’m not really an everyday-I-have-a-bagel type of person, but I know when I’ve had the real deal. This place is the real deal. I actually got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese…the bagel was the highlight. And that’s saying something cause usually it’s the other way around. The knocked off star is because there was only two pieces of bacon and they were basically burnt. If I go back, it’s going to be for a bagel with some cream cheese. It’s also very small in there, so if you plan on sitting down you might want to get there early. If it’s the weekend and it’s later in the day, you might want to call ahead to order.

We really enjoyed the avocado toast. 2 huge slices of toasted bread with generous slices of avocado and tomato. It was topped with just the right amount of minced garlic and balsamic vinegar.

Really great experience here today. Not sure how there are any negative reviews. We ate at the restaurant around 12:30 (we didn’t plan to stop by, but thankfully beat the 1pm deadline). Fantastic bagels, nicely toasted, and an extremely reasonable price. I don’t even see how they can sell a lox bagel for such a low price (have you seen the price of lox?????). Super friendly front staff, and extremely good bagels for a reasonable price? I’m sold! We definitely return!

Do not go here if you want a good NY bagel, good customer service and a fast experience. I am from New York and those people that say that this place has NY bagels never tried NY bagels, they do not sell bagels they sell bread buns. Bagels do not taste like that. Came here a week ago, asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese and tomato. Got a bagel that was not toasted with very cold tomatoes and so much cream cheese that all eat taste is cream cheese, waited 30 minutes, told the girl it was not toasted. No one offered to redo it but Instead I got an attitude that I told her that it was not toasted, returned today to give Ot another try and asked them to toast it. The girl at the register reassured me that it will be toasted. I got my bagel and made a mistake of driving away without looking at it but I came there to give it another try right, well it’s just how they work. The bagel is cold, the tomatoes are frozen, so much cream cheese that you can’t even eat it. We got there different bagels and my husband and my son had to throw it out. We tried to call them but they don’t pick up the phone ever, so I basically threw away 20$

I’d love to give these guys a low rating to keep the rest if you away from these huge, fluffy, and delicious bagels… but that would be super mean. The staff are always super helpful, and the quality is almost always spot on (we had one time where I placed an order during the morning rush, and the bagels didn’t get their egg wash. They still tasted good).

Disappointed because twice i’ve stopped on the way to work to buy for the office and both times it was 7am on the dot, door locked, no lights on, not a person in sight inside. At the very least hours need to be updated to reflect whatever they currently are. Would love to actually try the bagels here.

If you want to order online, there’s a minimum order amount, so if you just want one bagel, you gotta call. No problem, except apparently you can call 6 times in a 15 minute period and not once does someone answer the phone. Guess I’ll keep driving elsewhere. Yikes.
