Every time I’m in town, my first stop is Bit of Country for my fave omelette — Denver Omelette with gooey melty American cheese on top. It can’t be beat!

1st time we stopped here, they had the Hawaiian Omelet on their Specials of the Day board and had to inquire. It was a Ham & Pineapple Omelette. Sorry for those who don’t care for pineapple but I love it and of course had to try it. I’ve been on a Holistic Restrictive Diet for the past few months, so being able to request a few tweaks in ingredients, with no hesitation from the server, is a BIG plus for me . As for the omelette… Loved it ❤️
Happy & friendly service. Quaint lil diner type establishment, with plenty of food options for everyone. Would definitely refer to anyone, to give them a try

Alright, I’ve been to a lot of breakfast and brunch spots. This by far takes the cake. The food was magnificent, and the service was great. These guys know what they are doing and are very kind. Would recomend if you want breakfast to feel like your home dining room. Worth every dollar and minute spent.

Service is quick, friendly and attentive. Food was okay, the hash browns were mushy and undercooked. The biscuits are really good. Eggs were loaded with excess salt.
The prices are a bit high for this level of facility, which desperately needs some refresh. They seem like a great group of people.

Such friendly service and good food. It’s ideally located a few blocks from the center of town, so it’s central but much mellower than the other breakfast/brunch standbys. Easy street parking and unlikely to have a wait.

We had breakfast here yesterday and it was a positive experience because of the outdoor seating and for the speed and great service . Unfortunately the holllondaise sauce , eggs, tomato and spinach with mambo breakfast were so bland the whole dish tasted washed out . Would return but order something different .

Service was excellent! Food was hot and delicious. Hubby ordered the House Special Omelette, which is basically everything inside and some extra toppings, with Biscuits and Gravy. I ordered the Mambo’s Special Benedict with a side of Hash Browns. Everything was great!
