Authentic Southwestern French cooking in the heart of the very charming and walkable 4th arrondissement of Paris. Restaurant is cozy, romantic and almost feels like someone’s home it is so comfy. Enjoyed the classic cassoulet prepared with white beans and a delicious crusty apple dessert I highly recommend. Make sure to reserve ahead online as the place is small and in high demand.

Found this nice traditional french cuisine nearby. I have had many confit de canard in Paris, and here is surely satisfying. Another pan-fried dish was also perfectly cooked and seasoned. Entree Escargot was also without weird sea taste. This restaurant is much better than the nearby popular brasserie Bofinger and Grande Brasserie.

We had an amazing meal here. The food was superb and the presentation was beautiful. The wine list was abundant as well. The staff was friendly. If you are looking for a wonderful dining experience in le Marais this is it.

We were just passing by and loved the ambience of the lighting and cosy. It seemed fully booked at 21H30 but we managed to wait for 5 minutes and got a tiny cute table for 2. Ordered the Vegetarian Spinach €22, Mushrooms and Feta filo pastry main dish and Chocolate fondant €10 with a café creme €5 at the end. Total came up to €37. Great service, charming fun waiter, they accepted via cards. Absolutely lived it. Will go back to try the entrays.

Bistrot de l’Oulette is wildly underrated and truly special. It’s a must for anyone craving authentic French cooking elevated to a Michelin-level experience, without the pretense.

The escargot in celeriac cream is unforgettable, and the cassoulet is the best I’ve ever had—pure comfort, like the soul of a French grandmother’s kitchen, served in a cozy yet refined setting. I finished with a raspberry sorbet that was silky, bright, and perfectly balanced.

The portions are just right, the prices are reasonable, and once word gets out, reservations will be impossible to snag. Go now—this is one of those places you’ll want to say you discovered first.

It’s a great little bistro off the place des Voges. That they had a very good cassoulet speaks volumes. The value is excellent and the experience is authentic. I look forward to another visit.

A wonderful discovery in the heart of the Marais. Bistro de Louette is perfectly located just a few steps from Place des Vosges and offers a true Parisian dining experience in a warm, charming, and atypical setting.

From the moment you arrive, the welcome is impeccable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, with a hostess who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The restaurant is very popular, so booking in advance is highly recommended.

The food is outstanding from start to finish. Portions are generous, hearty, and full of flavor, with dishes crafted with precision and passion. You can truly feel the love and dedication behind each plate the chef is clearly a long time culinary enthusiast, and it shows in every bite. From the aperitif and amuse-bouches to the starters, main courses, and desserts, everything flows beautifully and delivers a real, satisfying dining experience. A true feast from beginning to end.

The wine list is diverse and thoughtfully curated, offering excellent quality and great value for money, perfectly complementing the cuisine.

In short, Bistro de Louette delivers on every level: flavorful and generous cuisine, attentive service, and an authentic Parisian atmosphere. A memorable address that I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates truly good food.
