Everything was absolutely amazing, and the portions are huge. We could have absolutely split a dish and been plenty satisfied. Great prices. You can tell they put a lot of love and effort into the food. I can’t have potatoes and without my saying anything they offered fruit as a substitute – this was not written on the menu anywhere i saw and i was pleasantly surprised. We payed for 2 hours of parking – very reasonable price of $5.63, of which a dollar was bc i didn’t pay with the app. As we left we saw a sign saying there was 2 hour free parking somewhere.
BUT turns out we did not need nearly that much time. Not sure exactly how big the place is but the area we sat in was packed. Our food came out in probably less than 15 minutes. Again, top tier plating – and everything we saw come out to other tables also looked phenomenal. We chose this spot for a belated VDay date and I think we will definitely add it to our list of regular visits.

From the moment we sat down, everything about this experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Every bite was better than the last.
The drinks were just as impressive—creative, well-balanced, and genuinely fun to try. You can tell a lot of thought went into crafting them, and they paired perfectly with the meal.
Our server, Paula, truly made the night special. She was kind, attentive, and so warm and welcoming. She checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and made us feel taken care of without ever being intrusive.

We had an excellent experience. We especially want to recognize our server, Gabe, who was very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. He made great food recommendations and was always checking on us, which made the experience even better.
The food was delicious, with bold and well-balanced flavors—truly an explosion of taste. The pistachio coffee was spectacular and a must-try.
Everything was very clean, and the attention to detail throughout the restaurant was beautiful and done with great taste. The atmosphere was welcoming and well cared for, making the entire visit an excellent experience.

Visited on Sunday and it was simply amazing! In total we waited just short of one hour to be seated (for two), but the food and service made the wait worth it!
Out waiter was Marlon, he was helpful and friendly, and the food came out ridiculously fast despite the restaurant being so busy! Their stuffed croissants are ridiculously huge and delicious, and the Tiramisu affogato and Pistachio cappuccino were an experience all in its own. Will definitely visit again soon to try more delicious items!

The atmosphere in this location was fantastic. We went on a Sunday afternoon for the “after party” and the DJ and live music combo was fun. The food was amazing. Things were a little hectic due to how busy it was I’m guessing so we had to wait about 15-20 minutes til we got designated a server. Once we got Paula, she was great. She was attentive and answered any questions that we had. Would definitely love to come back and try more of the food and cocktails.

Amazing! The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and overall a very good experience! The bartender was very sweet to my kids, the manager checked on our table and conversated, food was lightning fast and hot, and the location is spotless clean and beautifully decorated!
Marlon, the waiter, played a few games with me. I was having breakfast with my two daughters so I didn’t make a scene, but he was VERY pushy about ordering drinks. He kept insisting that my daughters order milkshakes at 0700 in the morning and after repeatedly telling him we just want water, he finally brought up a big bottle of water, that was an $8 upcharge, which I definitely didn’t want. Imagine two 10yo girls pouring their own drinks at a table they barely can see over…
He was, again, very pushy for me to write this review before bringing me the check, and then afterwards he brought the check. He had the nerve to select his own tip right in front of me, at 25%. I left 20%, don’t worry, but it’s still unusual. I didn’t see a breakdown of the taxes, and such, but my total was $86, which seems higher than I anticipated, but not big enough to complain.
I probably would have just moved on with my life and not written about all this if he didn’t push so hard to get me to write a review, which I did, and had to change because he surprised me on the check. In the future, just know your menu, and know your customers. I definitely didn’t want a huge bottle of water to be hassled with, but I probably would have went for some orange juice. If you want a 25%+ tip, maybe spend some time with your table and show some hospitality, because I would have gladly done it without even thinking.
Please get real menus though, the phone thing sucks. Also, kids didn’t have phones, and y’all let us use an iPad, but still most people would prefer a menu.

We ordered the white chocolate coffee and the trio Benedict. The arugula was my favorite part, and the balsamic glaze was delicious and really tied everything together.
The coffee was very good. I usually prefer the shrimp Benedict, but the bacon was still good, just a little sweet for my taste, although I still enjoyed it.
Gabriel was our server and he was very sweet and attentive. Overall, a great experience.

We absolutely loved our experience here! The atmosphere, food, drinks, and service were all excellent. My husband ordered the Americano and the bacon crown Benedict, and I had the espresso martini and salmon scramble—everything was delicious. Marlon was our server and he was fantastic. Every dish that passed our table looked amazing, and the portions were HUGE with beautiful presentation. Highly recommend! The music was a little loud, but honestly it helped drown out a crying baby, so no complaints there. The only downside was wishing they had a printed menu instead of requiring phone scanning. Other than that, we truly loved our experience and can’t wait to come back.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Bistrology. The food and drinks were honestly next-level. My son and I both ordered the chicken and waffles—perfectly crispy chicken, fluffy waffles, and tons of flavor. My daughter loved her French toast (and it looked incredible), and my wife’s sandwich was huge and packed with fresh ingredients.
I also ordered the pistachio cappuccino, and it was outstanding. One of the best specialty coffees I’ve had in a long time.
Service was great from start to finish—friendly, fast, and on point.
Even the bathrooms impressed me. Super clean, modern, and had a calm, relaxed vibe. I actually snapped a picture because it matched the atmosphere of the whole place.
