The food was great. Everything was cooked perfectly. House made pasta was delicious, and amazing desserts. So excited to have a new place to eat in Henderson. Looking forward to trying their breakfast.

This was my second time dining in. I was very surprised at the menu and the prices so I was not expecting much. I was blown away and what was served. Had to speak to Chef Freddy. Heard his story and passion for providing exceptional food without over charging. He wants people to be able to afford to come back again and again. I love the food and now it’s a must go place anytime I am in town.
You should definitely check this place out.

While in Henderson tonight, Rebecca Jean and I had the most surprising dinner at Bistro130. In a town best known culinarily for its Darden chains and fast food joints, this new restaurant is a beacon shining in the darkness.
From the yuca bites and fresh marinara, to Becca’s pan braised porkchop in cognac sauce and my mahi-mahi over quinoa, this meal was par excellence. We both struggled to think of a time where we’ve had a better meal. Maybe Moosewood in Ithaca, NY?
Chef Freddy came to the table to check on our meal. We had a great conversation with him about his history, life in Ecuador, and how his Colombian mother in law’s teaching him new soups for the menu.
This is in downtown Henderson… Unbelievable… I wish them all the best. We will return.

Really enjoyed this place today! I came in on a whim for a late lunch and got the pan seared chicken with risotto. It also came with asparagus which was a nice surprise. This time of year it would also go great with fresh green beans. The portion was generous but not way too much. The risotto was my favorite part. The service was very nice and prices reasonable especially now with food cost inflation. I wish these folks much success!
I could see this place as a nice location for a party or baby/wedding shower (especially since they offer breakfast/brunch food)
(My only suggestion is I think the chicken could be more tender and could use a simple pan sauce to make it juicier.)

The food was top notch, The steak was cooked exactly how we wanted the Spanish frittata was delicious and enough for three people. The atmosphere was the best we have seen in Henderson. I’m from the city and so far this place make me feel like home. I definitely recommend and it also accomdated big parties, private parties. Had brunch today and going again later for some wine and music.

Amazing place, food and ambiance!! Food is on par made from scratch with an amazing flavor that soothes the soul. Staff is friendly and making sure everything is fine. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

My family and I stopped in this cute little place to eat some lunch and glad we did! The food was excellent! I got the fancy ham and cheese with fries and woah they do not hold back on the portions! The two others in my group got the burger and a salad they were very pleased with their choice! Oh yeah, the ranch is homemade ! We also got the warm crab dip appetizer which was amazing as well!
Not only was the food great, the service was exceptional!
If you are ever in Henderson you definitely need to check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

My daughter and son-in-law and myself tried this restaurant without a reservation, and were pleasantly surprised at how good the service was, and the food was prepared individually for each of us. It felt like a fine dining experience, even though the price of the meals was very reasonable. We ordered mimosas And they had run out of orange juice but sent someone to the market
To pick up some fresh orange juice and apologize for the wait. The mimosas were perfect. The breakfast pasta was delicious as was the eggs Benedict and the crock monsieur sandwich. We will be returning again soon.

Bistro 130 is a fantastic restaurant with a delightful, beautiful atmosphere and over the top delicious food! Henderson is very blessed to have such a wonderful place to dine; located in the historic Rose Gin Hardware building downtown on Montgomery Street. What a beautiful place!! We couldn’t believe all the menu options too!
The service was excellent and even on a busy Friday night, our waitress took very good care of us. We enjoyed meeting the owners and we really appreciate their attention to all the details that make the dinning experience so special!
