my mom and I decided to try this place for lunch during the weekday didn’t know what to expect so my mom went ahead and just ordered some food and boy did it not disappoint. It was fresh. It was hot. The plantains were off the chain. Never had one before… super sweet service. I will definitely be coming back. Cannot wait to try their brunch.

I got takeout and I’ve never been more disappointed by food in my life. The rice was ok, a bit dry and some pieces are hard. The carne asada is so dry and tough I’m having to wrestle with my food to eat it. I’m dousing it in sauce to make it edible and even that isn’t really working. The plantains are ok, I’ve had better. I was expecting the plantains to be more like maduros, so maybe that’s why they’ve disappointed me. The pickled veggies were good but heavy on cilantro. I would recommend going elsewhere for food

Wow, such a great hidden seafood place in Elizabeth City. My wife and I enjoyed a great date night. The service was great, efficient and professional. The atmosphere reminds me of Florida. The food was on point. The tostones con ajo, the torre de mariacos with crispy tostadas were amazing! Highly recommend.

Great little spot!! Inside looked high-end, and right next to the water is very nice. Big TVs, and huge portion sizes. What’s not to love!! Food was delicious, will come again!

Unfortunately, food was not up to expectation. The portions were small to my opinion based on my knowledge on the type of food i’d ordered. The “pollo con tajadas” fried chicken came out raw and the plantains were too sweet. They did offer to prepare something different. The cassava and pork were dry and the amount of garlic was ridiculous.Prices aren’t up to the standard. The decor is commendable, but the mobiliary isn’t comfortable. Service was ok, the waitress was quick on her feet, bilingual and knew the menu.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish tasting fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere of the place was nice, inviting, and overall a wonderful environment to enjoy a meal. The service was attentive and friendly. I really appreciated how everything came together to make my visit enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Where do I start. We arrived and waited about 5 minutes before being greeted/sat around 6:30pm. We ordered 2 glasses of wine which were good. Ordered the Shrimp Fettuccini ($24) and the Surf and Turf ($38). The Fettuccini was delivered roughly at 7:30 but without silverware. Sent it back because it got cold. The Surf and Turf came out roughly 15 minutes after that (7:44pm)….still no silverware even though I asked one of the wait staff. They brought the fettuccini back out with out silverware again. Ultimately got the silverware figured out. The steak was maybe 1/8th to 1/4” thick. I had asked for medium rare but received medium well to well done. Spent $150 (with tip)…unacceptable. Giving one star because the fettuccini was decent.

Just stopped by for lunch and it was absolutely delicious in every detail! We had a Coconut Shrimp platter and Shrimp Empanadas with a fresh garden salad. Everything was fresh and made to order and the service was outstanding. We looked over a menu that had something for everyone’s taste.

Exceptionally nice people and a very attractive decor. Plenty of seating and perfectly clean. We already made plans to come back next week with more family and plan to make this a favorite place to dine! You’ll find it a special treat!
