We had a truly wonderful experience at Bistro To Go! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming — the staff treated our family like friends and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor — from savory paninis to freshly baked pastries and specialty coffee drinks, every bite was a delight. We especially appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was, making sure our needs were met with a smile. This charming bistro is the perfect spot for a family meal, a quick coffee pick-me-up, or a tasty lunch out. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

This place is so cute! There were so many different drink options. I got to try the peaches and cream tea latte it was refreshing and milky. I will come back again to try a different drink.

very average food especially for the price. Tried it multiple times since moving to Jefferson and besides one or two of the sandwiches the rest are on par with a gas station or subway at best but at least at those places its not $10+. The breakfast is very average, eggs taste reheated, and the bagels/bread taste like they came out of a bag from a grocery store. Genuinely dont believe everything is “in-house”. The service especially Baristas are always amazing and friendly, but if the food is that expensive it should be memorable and make you want to come back. Only thing that is incredible is the coffee. Pastries used to be great but i dont know if theres a new baker or they stopped making fresh pastries but its not the same. Food definitely needs work, or a price drop.

I’m the one usually posting every time I come here. I mean every time. Texting people who live here “Have you tried the Bistro?” So my review today is going to be a little different. Took off only one star. With Soup season here and this girl lives for creamy soups, if you’re going to charge 6.75 for a cup this small? At least serve it with some actual substance in it. It’s soup broth. It’s great soup broth but it’d Potato Leek that has been pureed. I guarantee men would say something. So it would be perfect to take home and use for a soup base but at almost 7.00 for this size? You can make your own for far less. Secondly if you’re going to serve it and charge what you do? Include a pack of crackers or a piece of bread. I asked the sweet girls and they actually all looked at each other like I had just asked a forbidden question. Everyone got quiet. Like they’ve been asked before but aren’t allowed to actually offer any even though they do have them. Perhaps for a chicken salad plate but yes they do have them. She placed 4 in a cup (opened) and handed it to me. So basically being your own diced/cooked potatoes, chopped bacon, perhaps a little shredded cheese and some crackers or hunk of bread and you’re set! For 14.50. Here’s what I got for that. I love people being able to see if you get your $$s worth at a restaurant beforehand so they can make their own minds up before coming in. Yes everything has gone up but that doesn’t mean we can’t complain about what we’re getting for what we paid. Heck even Publix sets free crackers out got their great soups. Come on guys! For 7.00 people sort of expect the soup will be the filling part of a little meal here

Stopped by this cute little town on our way to the mountains to hit the Anytime Gym (newest one in the state) and saw this cute Bistro just down from it. We stopped in and were beyond excited to see all the amazing fresh food options they had available. Most of all they offered many of their items in GF if need be. We both hand a sandwich and some pie and it did not disappoint. It’s crazy that despite the massive size of the city we are from, finding a place like this is rare, finding a place like this that offers GF items is even more rare. The staff were all very polite, and the atmosphere was relaxing and cute. Definitely will swing by here again if we travel this route in the future.

Bistro to go by Thyme to cater is such a fantastic addition to Jefferson! The service is amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. And of course the food is fresh and top notch. We tried the grab and go Mediterranean lunch and the avocado toast – both were amazing. We are excited to try the hot ready to eat dinner options too! They do have several plant based options for food and coffee options as well. The plant-based chaggacino mushroom coffee was absolutely delicious. This will definitely be a regular stop for us! See you again soon Bistro to go!

I’m pretty sure the Salted Honey Nut Cold Brew has a fan club, and I’m the president. This place has me hooked-the coffee is unreal, the food is top-notch, and the staff is as sweet as the honey in my drink. If you haven’t been yet, go ASAP… but fair warning, you might get obsessed too!!
Service is 10/10 and it is my FAVORITE spot in Jefferson.
