Randomly stopped by with some family for a quick lunch around 3PM. We were a group of 5 and for apps we started off with the Fig & Goat Cheese Pizza, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and Samurai Fries. For the price, the apps were very small. The crispy rice was very very good wish there was more then 3. The fries were okay just French Fries with spicy mayo on top. Only disappointment was the pizza, there were too many figs and it almost tasted burnt/crunchy. If they used fig spread with goat cheese instead, I think it would have tasted much better.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is modern rustic and overall comfortable. The restored brick walls add to this casual, yet elegant look. The woodfire pizza oven also adds to the warm atmosphere of this restaurant.

Had a good experience, although we’d have liked to known the figs on the Fig pizza, were dry rather than fresh cooked.

Fantastic restaurant, great service, food was a great combination of different genres. Had a fantastic date night with the wife, highly suggest. Allie our waitress had some great suggestions and the ribeye special blew my wife away with flavor.

This place was absolutely amazing. First the host (possibly the manager not sure), sat us and was very welcoming. Shortly after our waitress came out. She suggested a wine according to our tastes which was perfect (we ended up with two bottles). Then we ordered our food and it was simply delicious! The Octopus appetizer as so tender, clearly cooked just right. Everyone was so happy with their entrees and our waitress was so attentive. She even came back to thank us afterwards for generously tipping her. She deserved it honestly. I just wish I got her name. We will definitely be back.

First time there and will definitely go back. Interesting and diverse menu. Had the fig and goat cheese pizza and surf and turf roll. Nice size portion for rolls, served to be a meal. Service was friendly and attentive. We went before a show at the count basie, timing was relaxed but plenty of time to make the show. We had a 6 pm reservation and was done by 730

Very very loud environment, it’s very difficult to have a conversation. Not a kid friendly restaurant as there aren’t many options for little ones. I ordered the sushi special and it was delicious, however the other dishes were relatively disappointing. Service was quick and attentive, my waitress was very nice and the bussers were quick to grab any old dishes and silverware.

I’ve always passed by here, but it took me a long time to try it because I wasn’t sure how good it would be. I decided to try in last Sunday because I heard Anthony Ferrando is now the chef here. He use to be the owner of the restaurant Dish which I always enjoyed. We started with the coconut curry lobster bisque and the sweet potato and shrimp dumplings. We were disappointed with the coconut curry lobster bisque because there was no coconut or curry taste. It was just a regular lobster bisque soup. The sweet potato and shrimp dumplings were good! In my opinion they would be even better without the shrimp. Only because I don’t think shrimp and sweet potato mix well together. For dinners we had the burger and the lobster pappardelle. Both of our dinners were really good! The burger was nice and juicy, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. The lobster pappardelle came in a delicious sauce which was very much enjoyed. For dessert I had the chocolate bread pudding which was AMAZING! Chef Anthony always made the best desserts! I wish they would at least add 4 of his desserts to the menu as desserts choices were limited to only 2. He makes delicious layer cakes hopefully Bistro can add them to the menu. I love Bistro’s menu as there are so many options depending what you are in the mood for. I recommend dining at The Bistro At Red Bank!

We loved the sushi, loved the pizza, not so much rigatoni bolognese…. The sauce was amazing but my advise to you would be to please don’t pre- cook your pasta it was all fallen apart on the dish. We will be back but will order something else….
