We had an incredible date night at Bistro Tapas in Milford! The octopus, beef medallions, garlic shrimp, eggplant Napoleon, and crab cakes were all bursting with flavor. We finished with delightful desserts: crème brûlée and tiramisu.
The warm and inviting atmosphere made it perfect for a romantic evening. The house-made hot sauce was a fantastic touch! I highly recommend Bistro Tapas for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

Had a lovely dinner last week, this was our first time here and will not be our last. The service was excellent and everyone was very professional. The dining room is well designed and surprisingly large so the tables were nicely spaced. There was pleasing Latin music playing in the background but didn’t interfere with conversation. We love the subtle elegant oasis vibe to escape to when your tired of the hot busy restaurants that are noisy, chaotic and incorporate their massive bars into the dining areas, that in my opinion, ruin the dining experience. The bar here is nicely isolated in its own separate space. It’s one of the nicest bars I’ve seen too. The food is delicious and portions very large. Every single dish was a winner. This is the next best thing next to taking a flight to the heart of the Mediterranean!! check it out! you’ll also love the clean crisp tablecloths, such a nice touch!

We celebrated my Dad’s 70th birthday at Bistro Mediterranean & Tapas Bar, and we could not ask for more! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the presentation was great. William took great care of our group of 14. We we will back. The food portions were large, and the ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their meals, we had lobster ravioli, lamb, salmon, steak, beet salad, and penne.

We had enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but we went last night and had a poor experience.
Our server was nice and attentive, however the kitchen and management need help. We waited well over 45 minutes for our meal to arrive, and everything was overcooked. Two of the dishes were mahi mahi, and they were bone-dry and likely previously frozen. We sent them back and the waiter suggested we tried the salmon instead, which we did. The price difference between the two dishes was $9 per dish. When we got the check, we had been charged for the mahi mahi, which was more. While $9 a plate is not the end of the word, we felt taken advantage of. We asked to be charged for the salmon instead but the manager refused. The waiter tried to help but said the manager had said no.
We won’t be going back after such a poor experience and quality of food.

We were first ones in on a Sunday so we were lucky to be seated in a small area with an electric fireplace. We had apps, dinner and dessert and were very pleased with everything. My guava Margarita was delicious and although they did not have pilot noir they did have pinot grigio.
The steak tartar was the best I’ve ever had and the desserts delightful.
I will definitely be making another visit soon and will ask for William!
