Very happy to have a new place in Georgetown that offers unique food (to the area). There was a slight wait (10ish min) for us during the lunch rush, but it was oh so worth it.
We found the serving size was large considering the price. The food was also excellent. We got three separate dishes and each was delicious. They offer primarily Mediterranean area dishes.
The entire place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Seating is somewhat limited and we’re hoping that they do well enough to expand.
Highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back again!

My wife had lunch here with a friend today and loved it! Even as leftovers, the food was amazing. The flavors are well developed and fresh. We had the Sicilian Panini, Gyro, hummus platter, as well as Italian lemon cake & pistachio cake. Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be returning customers.

The food was absolutely delicious. The meat on the gyro was perfectly seasoned and tender. The baklava was a little soggy, but only because I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to eat it.

We tried Bistro M last week and it was amazing! First off, I met the owner (Sascha.. I think!) and what a kind man. He greeted us, explained some menu items, told us a bit about himself, and just genuinely seemed to care we were there. I got a focaccia bread lamb sandwich and my wife got a panini and the flavor was just out of this world. Oh and the hummus? Probably the best I’ve ever had! I’m so glad to see Georgetown getting some restaurants like this.. now we just need to all support them for years to come!

First visit here and I must say the food is superb. The flavors are amazing. I had the Mediterranean platter. The portion was huge. The food is absolutely delicious. I had some of the tiramisu and it is absolutely perfection. If you haven’t tried Bistro M then you definitely need to. My new favorite place

You MUST visit Bistro M, now. This quaint little addition to Georgetown is just what it needed. The food is fresh and the most delicious. Service is great. Staff is passionate about the magic they make here. Very inviting and comfortable. I had the Sicilian Panini. My husband had the Gyro. We had grape leaves and a side salad. Beginning to end was perfection!

Today was the first of many times we plan to eat here. Our new friend, Sasha, introduced us to some delicious new Mediterranean food. My 4-pepper panini had just the right amount of spice and the lamb gave it a delicious, unique flavor. My wife’s Turkey Focaccia sandwich combined turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella on a tasty foccacia bread. Dessert was Italian chocolate cake for me that had a dark-chocolate outside with a chocolate and cookie inside. My wife’s Tiramisu was some of the best she’s ever eaten. The portions were large, the price was fair, and the service was excellent. Do yourself a favor and give this new restaurant a try. You will not regret it!

I had a Sicilian Panini. Flavor was great. Size was big enough to eat half and take half home. Was no wait for a 1:45pm lunch. Got our food quick. Staff was nice. They offer some different items and everything looked good. Wife had gyro and really seemed to like it. I would come back. This little area around Indian Acres has some great little food spots. Italian restaurant going in same area.
