My family and I ate at Bistro Crevier and it was great!! They’ve only been open for a few days, but they have some of the same servers as their other restaurant in Denville. Jose was our server and he was fabulous!! Attentive, took our order, and returned with our drinks quite quickly. We had a question of which dish was better and he gave his honest opinion on both. Service was great, they’re still learning to work as a team but they’ll get there. They had a waiting area in the front and plenty of tables. The food was fresh and had plenty of flavor. One thing I will say is that they had brand new high chairs that were clean!! Always a plus. Overall, we’ll definitely be back to try other dishes. Their menu is quite extensive with everything from pastas, to pizzas, to seafood, and more. We’re excited that to see what they have in store for the future!

It was our first time at Bistro Crevier! It’s a new spot in Ledgewood and it’s the greatest addition to the area! If you enjoy Cafe Crevier, you’ll love it there. We had the Avocado Bruschetta Salad and the dressing was delicious! We also got the classic carbonara and pappardelle bolognese! Everything was fresh and flavorful! We can’t wait to go back and try the pizza!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! If you’re a fan of thin and crispy pizza, this is the spot. The sourdough crust had the perfect crunch, and the sauce was wonderfully tangy and packed with flavor.
We also tried the pasta, which was cooked perfectly al dente—exactly how it should be. You can tell they put a lot of heart into their sauces; every bite was delicious.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. It’s so refreshing to see the owner on the floor, actively checking in on guests and making sure everyone is well taken care of. That level of care really shows in the food and the atmosphere.

I’ll definitely be back soon!

I ordered the vodka sauce dish. Would have been great but the pasta was so hard. Far from al dente. I ate a little under half because I was starving but I had to ask for bread because I couldn’t eat the pasta. They didn’t even take it off the bill, she just said “oh sorry haha”. The mozzarella sticks were also soggy and nothing like their other restaurant. I was very excited about this place because I love cafe crevier. I will not be back.

Edit to reply to the reply below: as stated, I did say something and all I got was “oh sorry haha” is the restaurant knows that they messed up and they are good, they will just take it off of the bill instead of making me ask for it. As for the mozzarella sticks we ate them because they were there. They were just okay and again, nothing like your other restaurant which is what I expected. A dish eaten does not mean dish enjoyed.

I am not sure how someone gave this place 1 star. The food is top notch, the service was great, and the restaurant was adorable. We ordered the thin plain pizza on their signature sourdough crust and it was unbelievable. They use quality ingredients and really good parmesan cheese. We also had a vodka chicken parm sandwich and it was unbelievable. The cutlets tasted like an Italian grandma made them, the sauce was creamy, and the bread was so soft and delicious. We also had truffle fries which were excellent. We highly recommend this amazing spot!

A hidden gem, let me start off by saying I used to live in the area up in Jefferson Township and then moved to Bergen County for work reasons, so when my friends called and invited me to come up for a night and get together it sounded like a great idea, they took me to a new little restaurant they said just open called Bistro Crevier.
Well, let me tell you I am a definite foodie. I eat out alot in North Jersey as well as New York City and then when I travel the country on business, and this little spot did not disappoint at all.
We started with several pizzas as I love a thin crust pizza, and this was on point, we had the “Cindy D” grandma pie, and “that’s my jam” pie, check out their pizza menu that alone will have your mouth watering.
For dinner, I had the sweet and heat glazed, pork chop, with bacon, apple slaw, and cheddar mashed potatoes, and it was out of this world. The flavors were phenomenal. The pork was tender and juicy cooked to perfection. my friends dishes were amazing as well, as of course we all had a fork full of each other‘s. One person had the broiled salmon, one had the chicken Parm and the other had a pork chop Milanese all of which were done perfectly. For a starter, we all shared the grilled broccolini and baby cauliflower and the Burata, for a salad, we all shared a couple of orders of the arugula salad, which again was very flavorful with a lemon olive oil vinaigrette. I’m only sorry I didn’t take pictures to share, we were engrossed in such great conversation catching up that I didn’t think to pull out my phone until it was too late, and the food was gone. I will next time for sure because I can guarantee you there will be a next time.
By the way, it’s BYOB which are my favorite kinds of restaurants. I love bringing my own bottle of red wine. Pricing was very fair and the portion sizes were more than you would expect nowadays, let’s just say not one of us left hungry.
Desserts were awesome. We shared a cheesecake, Keylime pie, and lava cake with vanilla ice cream, all delicious.
Bottom line, great place, fantastic food, comfortable, and easy atmosphere for a pizza and appies or a delicious sitdown dinner, that won’t break the bank and bring that bottle of wine, enjoy.

Tried their pie last night, simply average, expensive for what it is. Absolutely dumbfounded was they would not make a thinny thin. Two many other competitors in area that make a better pie. You have separate the wheat from the chaff. Dance with the one who brought you. Disappointed!
