A small bistro serving home-style meals, wine, and coffee. A French – Vietnamese Bistro is our twist on this classic French tradition. Bistro BT is trying to provide our south Tampa neighborhood with a family, casual spot; where you can just drop in for a quick bite, or a leisurely lunch/dinner, or even just order from our take-out menu. We conceived the bistro as the perfect compromise between our more elegant “ Restaurant BT” and our casual, “BT To Go,“ featuring French classics like Duck Confit, as well as traditional Vietnamese dishes such as “Bun“, “Pho“, and our Banh Mi sandwiches.

This place is incredible.
I want to try the chili chicken cabbage salad next time.
The chicken curry is fantastic. It’s light and very flavorful with a lot of spices (but not hot). I had it with the bread which was so soft. Possibly one of the best curries I’ve ever had.
The Monk’s Curry Noddle and Vegetables is very very good. Rich broth base that tastes like lemongrass. I slightly prefer the chicken curry! The Monk’s Curry has a lot of veggies and seems very healthy.

I love the fusion which happens on you plate.
Especially you can see it with the beef bento box – beef which literally melts in your mouth and fantastic ratatouille!
I asked for a recommendation of food and wine paring on budget and I got a good recommendation:
Monks noodles and prawns + Rose = solid 10/10
Just one and only thing which quite land for me was the Banana tapioca pudding. I would recommend to try Chocolate Mousse, but anyways it was a new thing to try for me and my partner)
We had a very friendly server which recommended us several positions and guided us through the menu.
The ambiance is very comforting everything is clean and you can see a touch of high quality care!

This has been my go to spot for when I don’t want to cook at home but still want that comforting food. Tried a variety of the menu items and never been disappointed. Some of my favorites are the fresh shrimp rolls, Pho, shaken beef, chicken curry stew and the prawn bento box. That staff is always friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Dawn was absolutely amazing!! I’ve been here 1000 times but never for dinner. It was amazing. I had the lobster roll tempura the 6 ounce filet mignon topped with lump crab meat over asparagus and a blueberry lemon drop freshly pressed coconut shrimp Greek salad and some other things that I don’t remember, but everything was amazing. Let’s just say I cleaned my plate.

We were feeling under the weather and on a pho kick so we decided to try this place for a weekday lunch. Having been to restaurant BT, our expectations were high.
The chicken pho had a very balanced broth that supported the chicken and wasn’t overwhelming. The chicken was super tender and reminded me of Mother’s chicken noodle soup in a great way. I would’ve preferred more scallions in the soup and the portion was a bit small, the noodles went fast. The star of the show is the chocolate mousse. We came back here another day just to order the dessert.
Very quaint place with limited seating but some high quality food for a steep price. Definitely order the chocolate mousse if it’s the only thing you get.

I love B.T. so much. I go every weekend with the Food taste amazing. I never get bored of it. It taste so good. I really enjoyed the fresh rolls and the band me sandwich. It’s the best ones I’ve ever had the broadest Krispy and everything taste good in the combination.

This was an amazing find! I’m soooo glad I found this place. I tried the Vietnamese Eggroll’s which were amazing with the chili garlic sauce! Up next I tried the pork Banh Mi which was pate and sliced pork. The layering was intricate and so fresh and crisp with a great texture and taste from the pork! Joseph was absolutely amazing and attentive as a server. He even brought me something for my birthday. Also the owner has other restaurants including Resturant Bt a fine dining! If this was this good I’m definitely trying it next!!

So I brought my own bottle of water something I always do because I don’t drink bottled water or water from the tab. I have a reverse osmosis in my house and that’s what I drink. The manager kicked me out of the restaurant claiming I’m not alowed to bring my own water. Never had problems over there before and the waiters that served me there before were just looking at her stunned for how rude she was.

I strongly recommend finishing dining with Homemade Coconut Ice Cream! Ingredients are so fresh. Every dishes I ordered taste so fresh, delicious, healthy. Especially I loved papaya salad with shrimp.
