4th: This was a great experience all around. The Bistro bowl with crispy chicken was excellent. A squeeze of lime and I didn’t even need a dressing. This spin on the shrimp po boy was a great choice. The chocolate cake tastes great but the pistachio frosting is gritty. The kind of grit you get when you use incorrectly granulated sugar in your frosting. Powdered sugar is required.
3rd visit: The Ruben remix is good but lacks the flavor punch of the other items I have had. The Coop sandwich is very tasty, the plain chicken is not too hot even with all the other toppings.
2nd visit: The Detroit smash Burger was delicious, a better, bigger Big Mac with tomato and super messy. The Sesame beef loaf was excellent,the chimichurri sauce makes it. Either style of fries to your liking.
1st visit to this brand new casual concept. The Baja burger is an ooey gooey cheesey gut bomb mildly spicy with just my kind of toppings. Tasty garlic cilantro fries. I liked the pablano sauce. The crispy chicken wrap was good, like a classic chicken hani. However, 2 issues. The wrap was too loose.
The real problem, the wrap was supposed to be a bowl.
It would be great if you added signage with details for the sauce in the display. It was difficult to hear the counter person behind it.

Food was incredible! As a local seeing this place opening recently my partner and I were excited to give it a try. We ordered several dishes to try and none of them disappointed. We definitely ordered way too much for just the two of us to eat in a single sitting together, but we were glad to get to try so much and have been pleased with it all. Looking forward to enjoy more of it later as well.
When we went in to pickup our order the staff was very kind and glad to hear we were excited to come checkout them out as a Livonia local.
Overall, really pleased and definitely added as a place we are looking forward to going back to!
Food thoughts
The bistro cheese pulls were fried to perfection for a super satisfying and tasty bite.
Bistro crispitas were also super tasty to split with the option to do a mix batch (we went with the chicken and corned beef) and again perfectly golden discs of goodness!
Sesame steak loaf and the S&P fries – sandwich to me was perfectly proportioned for flavor profiles. Everything complimented each other well without having a flavor overpower the entire sandwich. Fries were super delicious like a better rallys/checkers fry.
Triple Mac and cheese – noodles were perfect and the cheese was creamy and well blended, not too heavy.
We picked up the some smoothies as well (bistro bliss and California breeze) and they are the perfect consistency and sweetness.
They also threw in some slices of cheesecake to our order which was super kind! Cheesecake was also lovely.
Across the board, everything was super fresh and delicious. So many perfectly balanced flavor profiles and textures across the board!

Pure perfection! The food is delicious, always served hot and very appealing presentation. No Styrofoam containers making everything soggy! The staff is very friendly and will call you by name. Can’t beat the sesame steak loaf as it will easily feed 2 people. The owner is almost always on premises which definitely keeps the quality control and continuity of the food at 100%. Keep up the great work! We love our Bistro Bites.

Not sure if I’ll gain weight or run out of money trying everything! Got the Cheese Pull potato balls and they’re completely unique, never had anything like them before. The Crispitas are a meal in themselves and getting one of each let me try them all! The Reuben with the garlic cilantro fries were perfectly done and delicious. This place is a welcome addition to the area!

I tried Bistro Bites for the first time yesterday and it was terrific! I had the most delicious sandwich called the “Pilgrim Pastrami Sandwich” to eat and the most refreshing smoothie called the “Bistro Bliss” to drink! Bistro Bites is unlike (and better) than any other food in the area for sure. I am definately going to become a regular at this establishment. Tony, the owner, is talented, very kind, and super generous. Believe me, you HAVE to try Bistro Bites, you won’t regret it!
