Bistro 821 is a popular local restaurant where the locals come to dine. We feature an extensive menu of the best dishes from our 29 years in downtown Naples. For parties of 10 or more please contact us directly for your reservation. Private Dining Room Available that seats up to 32 guests. Happy Hour is available daily at the bar including discounted appetizers and drinks. Our service is friendly, attentive and unpretentious. We have a full liquor bar with creative cocktails and a fantastic wine list. Bistro 821 is a restaurant you will come to again and again, a place where you will be remembered. Outside dining is available but is first come first serve (and weather dependent). We are celebrating our 30th anniversary in February 2024!

Wanted to try somewhere new, so we ventured in here. The hostess was super friendly. The menu was nice. We ordered some apps before the main meal. The calamari and goat cheese spring rolls were great. Very unique dipping sauces with both, which were so good. Our main meals tasted very good as well. The only downfall was our server. He was NOT very friendly or good. He never even asked how any of our food was. Looking around the restaurant, it was just him. All the other servers gave amazing service.

Always a great meal at Bistro! I return time and time again for the Miso Glaze sea bass, and the summer deal of 2 entrees with a bottle of wine. Love everything about this restaurant! Calamari, Crab dip, Chilean Sea Bass, Filet of Sol, and a great kids menu with 3 protein options!

Bistro 821 is a great place to enjoy the 5th Avenue ambiance, especially eating outside on the sidewalk. Italian cuisine with lots of seafood options. The dishes are expertly prepared, and there presentation is excellent. Prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive.

Our party of 5 were able to get seats at bar for happy hour- lucky for us the other restraunt we had reservations for messed up and couldn’t accommodate us! What a happy accident!! Conner and Jon provided an awesome experience with skillfully crafted drinks and excellent appetizer, entree and dessert recommendations- they provided top notch service, food was delicious! I can’t say anything about the food. I had a reservation for 8 people . We coordinated our schedules so we could try out the venue based on their promotional deal. Our group of 4 couples dine out at higher end restaurants every month. If we are unfamiliar with it, we try to check it out when there is a promotion. We all dine at restaurants we enjoy individually also frequently. When we went on line to check our reservation made about a month ago we saw that the promotion , which had no expiration or date at all, had changed. We called to see if it would still apply since the reservation was made in plenty of time. We were told by Bill that the answer was no. There was another promotion that was in no way appealing to us. We explained the situation to Bill and he basically told us too bad. No hint of customer service here. Felt like they did not need or want our business. I am sure the food is good but now I will never know. I understand their prerogative to change things but I think they would honor a previous commitment. I expect no better customer service at the restaurant. There are lots of great restaurants in Naples. It’s a shame that I will not know if Bistro 821 is one of them.

Bustling atmosphere, beautiful space, delicious cocktails! The snapper entree stole the show! Our waiter was excellent but had a large party, so our wine did not arrive at our table until after our salad course was finished. Also, the crispy ahi tuna roll left something to desire…and that something was tuna! We will return and are excited to try out new items along with the snapper again.

The Sea Bass was the best we’ve ever had. Paella was delicious as well. Service was excellent. Definitely coming back.
