$22 each, buffet style exactly like every other free breakfast you get at other hotels. No thanks we’ll go elsewhere.

I was there for breakfast because I got discounted vouchers from the hotel. The food choice was limited and just okay. I wouldn’t pay the full price of $18. The only pluses included that it was dead, and our waiter was very friendly.

I’ve had better free breakfast at a cheaper hotel. For almost 20 bucks per person, it is not worth your time or money. Just grab food from the Starbucks next to it.

Went there for a Anime Convention, the menu is limited because of this, but that was fine. We had the cheese curds, double cheeseburger, & chicken caesar wrap. All were delicious, I wish I had good things to say about the service. Our waitress Tamera was the worst ever. We got our silverware wrapped in our napkins after we finished eating, and that was after asking 2 different people 3 times. We finished our drinks pretty quick and didn’t get a refill till after we finished eating. I asked for more ketchup and got it after I was done eating. I ordered a second cheese curd appetizer to go and it took over a half an hour to get when the first one came out in about 5 min. What made this experience so bad is the waitress got annoyed with us each time we “bothered” her with our requests. Not apologetic whatsoever. I don’t ever do this but I had to confront her at the end and tell her it was the worst service ever, she didn’t seem to care. Another thing I NEVER do is tip under 20%….she was lucky I gave her anything at all, but only got $3 on a $56 bill.

If I was just reviewing my breakfast experience this morning it would be easily a 5 star. The staff was amazing! Our server Sergio was amazing along with the other staff as well. The buffet was delicious and beautifully presented.
If I was reviewing my dinner experience last night it would be a 2 star at best. Service was horrendous and the wait staff were very unfriendly. Food was mediocre. Long wait for food.

Horrendous service, had to ask three time for a glass for our beer! Waited a solid hour for food in an empty restaurant. Also was told to wait 5 minutes by the podium before being seated…in an empty restaurant. Food quality was low but presentation was very nice. Breakfast buffet akin to those I’ve seen at freaking motels but costs 18$ for an adult. But is free for kids 5&under, thus the 2 stars.

After a 6 hour car ride, my family and I just arrived at the Hyatt hotel. All 5 of us are starving, so we decided to try the restaurant in the lobby. We waited 14 minutes before getting up and leaving. We were not even acknowledged during that time. There is 1 other party that was seated right before us, and they got water and were ordering when we walked out. This is totally unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that charges $4 for soda and $15 for entrees. We are staying here for 3 days, and I was planning on eating at least 1 meal/day at the restaurant. After my experience today, I’d be unwilling to try again.

Breakfast was horribly overpriced and awful. I just wanted a bagel with cream cheese, not the 18 buffet. I was directed to where the bagels were hanging on pegs on a strange plinko type board . The bagel was so old and tough that I could barely bite into it. It was like a giant bad crouton. Even though I hated it, we decided to try it for dinner tonight. Waited at the hostess station to be seated, no hostess ever showed up. Went into the bar area to ask for menus, and was completely ignored. Just as well, since there was a woman with a screaming infant in the bar while she was having martinis, so I doubt I would have been able to relax at all. 2 stars because the server for breakfast was nice, but just don’t eat here.

When arriving were told due to the “one” event voucher my group had we wouldn’t be allowed to sit in the normal dining area. There were three in my group and I informed them that myself and my wife also wanted to eat. The hostess informed me the two of us would be paying full price. I came in expecting that because if I go to any restaurant wanting to order and eat that has always been the process. I asked them will we be sitting in the normal dining area since we are ordering food at regular price. The hostess said yes. She didn’t offer to seat my group or hand us proper menus. She simply asked what we wanted rather than seating us. We decided on the same thing as our third in our group who had the voucher for a free meal.
Having told the hostess what we wanted she immediately checked us out. The bill was a little over 25 dollars for some burgers and we asked for water. As normal when my wife and I go out I tip 20%. Mind you this is all before we were seated. After paying total and tip we were offered a seat in the dining area. It was a mess I overheard the short female manager say they had no bus boy today and the waiters/hostess would be busing today.
We were sat at a table that had spilled liquid and crumbs on it. Which I thought okay fair enough they’ve been busy she’ll simply swing by in a second and wipe it. 5 minutes go by and she walked by and my wife had to ask the waitress to wipe our table for us.
Mind we still haven’t received waters we asked for before being seated. The table was wiped and it didn’t take long with our food the chefs are good. We received our food in a timely manner but after we received the food then we received our waters. Then after that we received our silverware. I may not have ever worked in a restaurant but I’ve been to enough that I know this establishment should be better maintained and organized than this.
TLDR: when eating downtown I expect to pay higher than a burger joint. But I also expect better service than a burger joint. Two stars because the chefs and timely food delivery.
