Wandered in at the Black Bear Festival and we weren’t disappointed! Filet Mignon was absolutely wonderful! Shrimp cocktail was great. Bread was awesome! The dessert was heavenly! This restaurant deserves 6 stars for the food and the staff. There are 3 bad reviews about the same BS don’t believe them !!!! Eat here and you won’t regret it its a hidden gem in a small town

We had a wonderful meal at Bistro 116. The filet mignon was tender and cooked perfectly and the shrimp creole was tasty. We especially liked the chocolate mousse. The staff were friendly, attentive and made sure our experience was excellent.

What an absolute GEM! We stopped by chance on our way to OBX as we didn’t want fast food. Hands down the best filet I’ve ever had. Dessert was also very tasty, coconut flan and an apple gallette. Service across the board was on point and everyone, including the chef/owner, were incredibly friendly. I will now stop every time I go to OBX.
