Really nice cute little local ice cream place. Pretty friendly scoopers. By the time we left, every parking spot was taken on a normal weekday afternoon. The dish sizes are generous, as were the scoops to fill it up. Significant other really enjoyed the white bash, and I liked butter crunch, which had great flavor but sadly none of the expected “crunch” in the name. Definitely a local favorite if the lines are any indication, and we were happy – beats a chain any old day.

This is great little homemade ice cream place in the north country. I got a mocha orea. This is my first time having this flavor and it is really good.

Pretty good ice cream, nice array of flavors, and friendly staff. They didn’t have any dairy free flavors when I went.

Had the maple walnut and the cotton candy. Good ice cream but I think they could make the flavors a bit more interesting.

great stop for some homemade ice cream. always on the lookout for quality local dairy products. very cute and cozy old house decorated with vibrant colors. not busy during our visit and the young people serving customers were friendly but seemed new to the business. about 15 flavors available including some dairy free options made elsewhere. all the usual sundaes, splits, shakes etc on offer here. after asking a few questions about the flavors, wife and i both chose the same one-Bash. this was a chocolate ice cream base with brownies and chocolate chunks. she chose the the kids size which really was the perfect size. my choice was the one scoop which was huge, almost too much to finish. it was totally delicious and very creamy. just the right ratio of chunks to ice cream. while a bit pricy, i would be eager to try more of this wonderful sweet treat.

In our hometown we have a couple of fabulous ice cream places so Bishops was put to the test.
Their ice cream was good. We ordered a brownie sundae with grape-nut and maple walnut ice cream (could have had a stronger maple flavor),
and a waffle bowl of Bash, which was chocolate with brownies, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Tasty.
The prices were comparable to the places at home, about $14 for the two of us. The young girl at the counter was nice.

Ice cream was good but not very many flavors to choose from.
Minimal parking, however there is a nice little shaded area to sit at down in the back with a picnic table and a few chairs. Definitely NOT handicap friendly though!!!
