Are there a hundred years ago and remember liking it so we just went back. Lots of old fashioned wood. Bar help was nice and friendly. Good service. Food was good. Probably go back to try the steak.

Literally had one bartender/server for the whole restaurant. We waited two hours for our food, the server said they were so behind because there was a large party outside but there was literally two tables with 5 people between the two of them. After waiting two hours, the food came out burnt/overcooked. Medium rare steak tips came out well done and burgers were inedible. My kids got their Mac and cheese 15 minutes after she served everything else.

Monday they have $5 kids meals and outdoor activities. 2 bouncehouses, bowling, cornhole, & soft-axe throwing. My son had A BLAST, my Wild West burger was pretty good also. Cotton candy for dessert. Would definitely return!

Was in the area and just about lunch time when I decided to finally check out Bishop Tavern. They have a 8 dollar lunch deal which gives you a choice. Between a burger, chicken parm and a couple other choices, I ended up getting the cheese burger and added bacon. The French fries could have stayed in the fry lighter a little longer but besides that it was a great deal for lunch. Definitely have some great menu items I would like to check out for next time. While waiting for your lunch play some keno.

Entrance on Hartford smelled like a musty basement, no Host/Hostess present only a bartender on duty and she was working the bar, booths and outside patio 5 oclock on a Sunday. I used to love the bishop burgers. They used to be thick and juicy and very well seasoned in the Hamburg. Just had one and it was flat, dry and not very tasty. I have heard of cutting costs but that was awful! The only thing good about this place was the service. Polite and prompt but I won’t be back.

I ordered the fish and chips fries ice cold, fish exterior very dark fish pretty cold must have used yesterdays fishes and re fried it, and the cole slaw tasted like something in it went bad … just hoping I don’t get food poisoning…. Husband never complains said his was horrible…. He had turkey dinner wrap … pretty bad when u cannot eat the fries!!
