Overcharged for a breakfast platter also it didn’t come as described. I ordered a side of bacon to make it as described on the menu and was charged for it. Basically I paid $6.50 for 3 scrambled eggs, then was charged 2.59 for the bacon it was supposed to come with. Also ordered a side of sausage for another $2.49. So $13+ with tax and I’m still hungry. Never again. No wonder Bojangles next door has a line wrapped around the building and I was one of two cars at Biscuitville. The other car was the employee.

I travel through Lancaster once a month and always stop here for breakfast. Calvin is the Restaurant Manager, always makes you feel so welcomed. They make their biscuits fresh all day there is even a person that makes the biscuits in a window, you can watch kids would love that. I always get their cheese grits, dang so good. I also get the chicken biscuit, the biscuit is so soft and crispy on the outside yummy! Really, I’m a customer. This restaurant is very clean and the team here will always say welcome and give a smile. I also got the blueberry muffin, so good!! Calvin, thank you sir, fantastic food and a great place for breakfast. One of these day’s I’ll pass through during lunch. Looking forward to next month, I’ll see you soon.

Calvin was our cashier and he was awesome! He acknowledged us even when he was busy and his customer service was top notch, compared to other places we’ve been. Our first time at this location and we’d definitely go back. The team in general was great. Thank you for a good experience and good food!

I can’t make this up.
I was one of 2 customers in the drive thru. I was 2nd in line. I waited 20 minutes for 2 biscuits. The entire time I could watch a line of at least 15 people next door at the bojangles get done while I’m somehow waiting for food at a location where it’s not busy at all.
On top of that somehow my biscuits were cold after all that wait.
Something is seriously wrong here.

They made a customer for life! I quickly went through the drive thru on my way to pick up my Grandchildren to take them camping and ordered only a large soda. They handed me my drink and said God is good and wouldn’t take my money. It’s strange how things work. My hubby and I stopped there for the first time the morning before and ordered all kinds of good stuff and we really liked it! Thank you Biscuitville for your kindness and we will be spending lots of money at your Lancaster location to pay it forward. Yes, God is good!

The lady that took our order I had asked if she could wipe our table off? She said yes mam. She was very quick to wipe our table down and dry it which is a plus. We were very pleased with the service and hot food. Highly recommend. Wish the hours were till 10 pm at night they would definitely make the money for the great service they have. Thank you to the staff!
