I am so happy to see such a bright cherry place, with great homemade food. A.J. and Leo gave EXCELLENT customer service – so pleasant, professional and efficient! Great coffee, all supplies and condiments stocked well, and a sparkling clean dining area. Comfy seating. I also came before church one Sunday and got the steak with biscuit and gravy – delicious! The food definitely stands up to any traditional sit-down restaurant in the area. And FAST!

My wife and I seen that the restaurant was opened. The last time I went to a Biscuit ville was many years ago. I know they just opened up recently, but this did not meet my expectations. The Biscuit were small and they look below average. The sausage gravy was watery and taste like it was from a can. The place was packed and trash all over the tables and floor. I will probably give them another shot down the road to give them time to get their operations down and employees more experience.

I ordered the pancake platter which including two eggs, only one sausage, and three pancakes. The eggs did not taste like real eggs. The sausage tasted good but most places service two patties. I did like the Pancakes. I had my order to go because there were not any empty seats to sit down to eat there.

This is my second time coming here and I’m so disappointed. The first time I was over charged and my order was wrong so I had to leave out of the drive thru and go in. This time I ordered scrambled eggs well done and they were leaking out of the bag when I got home. And I only got one piece of bacon and a broken piece. I have tried to call several times because I work from home and can’t go back up there but no answer. I will not be returning for a 3rd time. I should have went to mama Penns or Besto.

What a wonderful spot for a delicious breakfast! We ate there today for the first time, after we received an offer for a free biscuit. The coffee was fantastic, too. I had the Ultimate Bacon biscuit and my wife had the Fried Chicken Club biscuit. We both thoroughly enjoyed them. Service was excellent. We will definitely be returning!

Service and staff were excellent. We went through the drive thru and had no problem ordering and receiving our items. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit, hash brown, and the new vanilla cinnamon iced latte. The biscuit was bland but fresh. The hash brown was ok. The latte tasted like slightly flavored water. Overall the food and drink was below ok. I received a coupon for the biscuit so I figured we’d try them out, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The food isn’t good enough to waste any money on that.

I’ve been to this place about 4 times, each visit was great . The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant watching the lady making biscuits. Everything I have had from the menu has been very good. Even my visits through the Drive thru were great . Very friendly staff and professional service.

My family and I have ate at Biscuitville several times. We have been given a punch card each time we have ordered a biscuit and other items. There have been several occasions we have ordered a biscuit and different employees have punched a card and given it to us. I ordered a biscuit recently and was told by a male employee the Biscuitville card could not be punched unless I purchased a meal. I am confused on what the correct policy is because different employees have stated the card could be punched by purchasing a biscuit. We have never redeemed a card for free food because we have several of them with 1 – 2 punches. We like the food and most employees are very nice.

10/10 recommend.. I ordered the fried chicken biscuit with cheese and the cheese grits and it was absolutely delicious no complaints here. My husband ordered the steak and cheese biscuit and hash browns and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Idk why people are complaining about the quality of the food. Definitely will be mine and my husband’s favorite breakfast place

Biscuit tops are not brushed with butter and definitely not browned…the Double Cheese on my Double Sausage Egg and Cheese was cold and rigid like it had just came out of the cooler.
I would WALK to a Hardee’s or Bojangles before I’d eat here again.
With a name like Biscuitville you’d think they’d be on top of their game..but…I don’t see what all the hype is about.
